He drove it less than 28 miles, and when I asked if the dealership would buy it back, they refused outright. Taking advantage of seniors is bad enough -- doing it to a Veteran is beyond disappointing. I would never recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone looking to make a major purchase. I never felt more comfortable entrusting my camper over to someone for repairs. Dave is the Service Manager. He understood my problems and clearly explained what he needed to do before I left. Within a week, he had received the two items that he needed to special order from Flagstaff, and the camper was ready. Dufour's is small. It appears to be run by a hands-on owner, not by a manager overseeing a large facility. They have a small store, stacked from floor to ceiling with just about any item you would need. It was well worth the trip.

I made several visits until deciding on the Arctic Fox 811 and went back to have it installed on my F350. We added some suspension items to the truck and additional solar panels to the 811, both of which were excellent upgrades as the truck handles it easily. There are several RV overnight spots with electric hookups which I took advantage of and got to spend the 1st night at the dealer in case I had any problems or questions. Spoke with Jeff , the owner, who was very helpful and convinced me to stop by to check it out. The Vespa line was inside at the time so don't just drive by thinking they only have Cats and RV's here. The MP3 line, the three wheeled scooters, are AweSOME!!! Better handling and safety than the two wheelers but still too much machine for a small gal like me to handle. The MP3 250cc has a 77 mph max speed and the 500cc has a 90 mph max speed with all models getting about 65 mpg ... For better fuel economy on the two wheel scooters, the Vespa lin LX 50cc/150cc gets about 70 -80 mpg with hill factors but have a max speed on the 50cc of just 45 MPH and 75MPH on the 150 cc. Regardless, great place, excellent customer service and REALLY COOL VESPAS!
