What the heck? Then says we were all caught up and everything and was okie dokie . And now says I hadn't paid for the past 3 months and I still owe him from the 2 years ago. Hadn't received an invoice for those 3 months until I messaged him, I don't know where he sent them cuz he said he didn't have my email address, so I don't know. His bookkeeping methods are terrible. And then he's arguing with me through text, I'm talking like I'm some scum bucket that doesn't pay their bills, and I do you just got to send me an invoice. Although he did do a good job on our lawn. But when he gets something on his mind, I don't know, he doesn't listen he doesn't let it go. He just doesn't communicate well. I wish you would have let us know that he wasn't coming last week or this week our lawn looks like crap. He did not let us know at all what was going on.

I had several zones not functioning properly, and the technician provided a reasonable window they could head over to look at our system. They gave me notice when they were on their way to perform the work. After performing the diagnosis, they returned two days later with new parts to perform installation and testing. Afterwards, they provided a helpful summary of our system's layout so we now have a much better idea of how to better maintain it moving forward.
