One of the solar specialists we had been talking to suggested we have Joe McCoy's Tree Service come out and evaluate the tree. When Joe came out to our home he was friendly and professional. He explained in detail what he thought the tree needed and how he would address each area of concern. It was easy to see that Joe is not just motivated by the buck. He genuinely cares about trees and their owners. We agreed to have Joe and his crew reshape our tree to clear some limbs in order to improve the health of the tree. Joe arrived on the agreed date right on time with his crew of Levi and Larry. Joe did the climbing and sawing, while Levi masterfully handled the ropes lowering the cut limbs safely so as to avoid any damage to our house and the landscaping. Larry continuously dragged the downed limbs and branches to the chipper. They worked efficiently and cooperatively. They answered any and all of our questions and treated each other in a very friendly, yet respectful, manner. Our tree looks great and should be safe and healthy for many years to come.
