My nephew traveling alone had a blowout on his way to AZ from OH ... Wagon Wheel was w/in 15miles…read moreso we thought better to stop there than try to make 60-ish miles to his hotel on a sketchy donut & very little btwn if tire didn't hold up. Their website shows open until 5:30p but I called & was informed they really close at 5p but they would try to wait. Unfortunately he got caught behind a semi going 30mph & it took him longer than it should've to arrive. Long story shortened they waited & the tire was changed and for that I give them thanks. They however aggressively yelled at him to "Hurry his ass up..." as if the event in general wasn't stressful enough he was verbally attacked for things out of his control. AND they charged him $124 for a USED tire ... he drives an inexpensive car ... they completely took advantage of a desperate situation. Stay classy Wagon Wheel & keep your fingers crossed a Discount Tire doesn't pop up on the I-40 w/in reasonable distance from your location because w/ that behavior coupled w/ an unfamiliar brand name & a loving Aunt willing to write a factual review might just entice others to risk it & depend on whats left of their "wagon wheels" & keep roll'n on past u.

He was truthful, ethical, friendly, and professional! Way to go Wagon Wheel Towing!

We recently moved here from out of state and we have several projects we were looking for help with…read moreon our sprinter. The simplest one was the installation of our ladder. The ladder was new in the box from the manufacturer, OWL. The company told us it's a 30 minute job to install the ladder, which is confirmed by YouTube videos on the installation process. We were given an appointment time to drop off the van "when the tech will be here" so that we could discuss the job with the technician. When we arrived, the technician was not there so there was no one to discuss the work with, the receptionist took the keys and we were not given any paperwork of any sort or any estimate. We received a call the following day saying the van was ready to be picked up. Imagine our surprise at being billed $450 for THREE HOURS of labor at $150 an hour. We paid $480 with tax. But the real kicker was that the door wouldn't shut because the ladder/ hinges were incorrectly installed. We had to return again a few hours later to pick it up after they figured out how to install it correctly. Another one hour round trip. I certainly don't mind paying for work, but we suspect we paid these people to figure out how to do a job that they should be completely capable of doing in 30 minutes. Maybe they should have watched a YouTube video first so they could have done it correctly. Needless to say we will be looking for a competent RV repair company to do the remainder of our work. To top it all off, they charged our card nearly $20 more than the total on the invoice, which is fraud. We are disputing this with the credit card company. We recommend staying away from this place.
