We were lucky not to get in an accident. We drove 4 miles to the freeway exit, driving 20 mph. We pulled into a truck stop and realized we had a gaping hole in our tire. We immediately called Triple A. Two hours later, we were still sitting in the car in 28 degree weather with snow on the ground. Triple A was just giving us the runaround and we needed to act fast, because the tire store was closing soon. We called Robert at Deuces Towing, and he arrived in 15 minutes. Not only did the tow truck arrive ( driven by his son) Robert arrived in his OWN vehicle to drive us to the tire store. Talk about 1st Class Service. We are so grateful for this company.

We clarified that when he called me; he made two more calls to help facilitate getting a provider closer than 300 miles away. As it happened, i lived in the 80s on the Jicarilla Apache Reservation. I mentioned that I loved driving through Bloomfield on the way to shop in Farmington NM. I recalled that there was a house that had a refrigerator in the front yard. It was full of worms for fishing bait, and there was a coffee can where you could pay for your worms. So he remembered the place because he got worms there when he was a kid. I was a grown-up driving by on the way to run errands. He was so kind and made three phone calls to help me, and was genuinely interested in that coincidence.
