It became apparent to me that one of my 10 ply tires on my trailer was dangerously bald and I was worried to make it through the mountain pass and the isolated rural desert roads to get back to Las Vegas. So I called around and found Delta tire. They got me in even though it was right toward the end of their day and they were getting ready to close. Colby (or Coby) and the other staff were so helpful and accommodating. We got a very fair price for two 10 ply tires and then we were on our way. We still had about 6 and 1/2 hours left to our journey but at least I knew that we were going to be safe going to the desert and not be stranded with some flat tires without any help. After finding this heavy towing service for our 40' Motor coach. We called the owners, agreed on…read morea price and set the time for the next morning. 14 hours ahead of the time needed. We are traveling through the area, our rig is having mechanical issues and this is the reason for the service needs of a tow. We sent them all the information they asked for and images. All is agreed upon and set. 6:55 am the morning to tow we get a text that they are deciding not to do the job. After agreed terms and time and price, again, we are broken down overnight and expecting their agreed service. But no, they simply say other jobs have come up for us to do. As if our Emergency tow was any less important of a motor coach broken down. Well here's the real reason they denied service. In the earlier talks to tow our rig, they were making avid efforts to let them tow our rig to there shop for repairs, not the one we researched and chose to work with. But they agreed to tow to where we wanted with that agreed price, but all the while bad mouthing the shop we chose, and not to this towing company be the ones to try to repair our coach. I guess these people really got their feelings hurt as we chose a qualified repair mechanic and not a shade tree tow company to service our engine. So avoid this tow service, lots of other choices. No integrity here with this shop

Broke down on a Friday afternoon, found, through lots of work, Elite Diesel, came that night and turns out Our MercedesTurbo is shot. Make a short story long, took Two turbos to be delivered by another provider but found an OEM match. Sevens days in a safe parking lot and Elite, Kevin, repaired on site and We are back on vacation touring. Not what We wanted but being prepared in a Tour Coach to wait it out is no issue,.... Elite is the Only Mechanic that chose to come work remote two hours from nothing and that is a blessing.

This company has put us in a very bad situation . we broke down in Dec 2025 . we had the box truck…read moretowed to Elite Diesel Solutions. they could not figure out the issue and being that we were out of state and traveling with our dog we continued home . After a month we got a quote and they stated to pay for repairs . We told them we will pay half up front and the rest when completed . so we Zelle them the funds . we had a hard time getting up dates but after a few months they still didn't fix it. We stayed on top on them and they kept saying it would be done that week . Even sent a video . Well 3 months , yes still there they stopped responding . It is now June 4th and they stopped responding . We both called a few times a week, sent emails and text . No response or even anyone picking up the phone . We are from out of state so can't just drive up there . So now 6 month later we need to take legal actions to get this resolved . This is out of control , what kinda of business does this ! ??? ignore their paying customer !! Do not go here , go to the one next door like we should have done !!
