To say this towing company were our heroes today would be an understatement. Our car tire blew out…read moreon Interstate 40 while driving through Gallup, New Mexico, headed home to Arizona. We were lucky not to get in an accident. We drove 4 miles to the freeway exit, driving 20 mph. We pulled into a truck stop and realized we had a gaping hole in our tire. We immediately called Triple A. Two hours later, we were still sitting in the car in 28 degree weather with snow on the ground. Triple A was just giving us the runaround and we needed to act fast, because the tire store was closing soon. We called Robert at Deuces Towing, and he arrived in 15 minutes. Not only did the tow truck arrive ( driven by his son) Robert arrived in his OWN vehicle to drive us to the tire store. Talk about 1st Class Service. We are so grateful for this company.

Make a short story long, took Two turbos to be delivered by another provider but found an OEM match. Sevens days in a safe parking lot and Elite, Kevin, repaired on site and We are back on vacation touring. Not what We wanted but being prepared in a Tour Coach to wait it out is no issue,.... Elite is the Only Mechanic that chose to come work remote two hours from nothing and that is a blessing.

After a month we got a quote and they stated to pay for repairs . We told them we will pay half up front and the rest when completed . so we Zelle them the funds . we had a hard time getting up dates but after a few months they still didn't fix it. We stayed on top on them and they kept saying it would be done that week . Even sent a video . Well 3 months , yes still there they stopped responding . It is now June 4th and they stopped responding . We both called a few times a week, sent emails and text . No response or even anyone picking up the phone . We are from out of state so can't just drive up there . So now 6 month later we need to take legal actions to get this resolved . This is out of control , what kinda of business does this ! ??? ignore their paying customer !! Do not go here , go to the one next door like we should have done !!
