The thing really did a number to my tire; it blew out my front right side tire. We called for a tow truck, and the ETA was 300 minutes. 5 hours for a TOW!? Luckily, Lorenzo offered to drive on the freeway, jack up the car, take my tire off, drive back to the shop, put the new tire on the rim, then drive back to the freeway and put the new tire on. It was A++ service. He and his family were incredible, great, friendly, and hardworking people! He works with you, and the price was fair as well. They were willing to help me out, after a few hours they were able to see that my exhaust was completely clogged up. They did several repairs for me and opened exhaust a little bit so my truck would run so i could finish my trip and delivery as well. After finding this heavy towing service for our 40' Motor coach. We called the owners, agreed on…read morea price and set the time for the next morning. 14 hours ahead of the time needed. We are traveling through the area, our rig is having mechanical issues and this is the reason for the service needs of a tow. We sent them all the information they asked for and images. All is agreed upon and set. 6:55 am the morning to tow we get a text that they are deciding not to do the job. After agreed terms and time and price, again, we are broken down overnight and expecting their agreed service. But no, they simply say other jobs have come up for us to do. As if our Emergency tow was any less important of a motor coach broken down. Well here's the real reason they denied service. In the earlier talks to tow our rig, they were making avid efforts to let them tow our rig to there shop for repairs, not the one we researched and chose to work with. But they agreed to tow to where we wanted with that agreed price, but all the while bad mouthing the shop we chose, and not to this towing company be the ones to try to repair our coach. I guess these people really got their feelings hurt as we chose a qualified repair mechanic and not a shade tree tow company to service our engine. So avoid this tow service, lots of other choices. No integrity here with this shop
