There were several reasons we…read morechose his company, but one of the biggest was how comfortable he made us feel throughout the whole process. After a previous experience with another tree service where a tree branch nearly fell on my house, I was pretty nervous about having more work done. John took the time to explain everything and really put my mind at ease. He even made sure my neighbor was comfortable with the work and addressed her concerns about her yard. The crew did a phenomenal job, and Jose, the foreman, was great as well. Everyone was professional, respectful, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I would definitely recommend Marshall Tree Services to anyone who needs tree work done. Great company and great people!

We started getting into mid September and I needed a date because I was having top soil brought in. 16 phone calls only 3 times was able to leave a message because  his mailbox is always full  after half a dozen text messages still no call back. We finally caught a lady at his office and she said he was on his way in and she would have him call. "Crickets"

He then decided to Yell at me with his two employees in his truck and deny his erratic driving and then proceeded to excessively floor the gas of his truck and sped off fast AGAIN down the road to my friends house. He parked, threw his wheel barrow out into my friends yard in anger, went in to lie to my friends about not speeding then he got back in his truck and drove to hide and park behind their house instead of in front. If he continues to speed through neighborhoods like this even after being told to slow down- He is going to hurt someone. Let alone his behavior -yelling at a woman defending her family and friends from being hit instead of the mature response of a simple 'I'm sorry'... or better yet... he could have Just slowed down! Do not hire this company. He does not care about children or animals!

When a large branch came down during a storm and impaled itself about six inches from our shed we knew we had to do something before the tree came down on our house or garage. Due to its proximity to our garage, shed, privacy fence and house it was obvious it was going to be a difficult job. I had estimates from a few tree companies but once Brandon came out and accessed the situation I immediately knew my search was over. His estimate was very fair but more than that I was impressed with his confidence, knowledge and professionalism. He assured my wife and I that he had all the skills and necessary equipment needed to complete the job. He addressed all our concerns so we decided to move ahead with the project. We also decided to have a tree in the front yard trimmed a bit. Brandon's Tree Service arrived at hour house on schedule with lots of equipment and a crew of five. They worked together very well as a team and kept in constant communication with each other via headsets as the work was being performed. They did an amazing job, it really couldn't have gone any better. My wife and I were impressed at the skill, attention to detail and teamwork displayed throughout the day. Upon completion they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the job that Brandon's Tree Service did for us. We highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service. You can expect a fair price, great service and quality results. It was a pleasure to work with Brandon and his crew.

One was about 1 1/2 ft. tall and the other was about 2 1/2 ft. tall. They left the stumps because the trees were in a rock bed and the tall stump supposedly had a wire fence grown into it. My neighbor asked me if I could take the stumps down to ground level. I moved the rock (which wasn't much) from around the base of the stumps and pulled the fence away from the other stump. The taller stump did not have any fence growing into it like they said. I removed both stumps with my 16"Stihl chainsaw. The picture file was too large to upload.. Also, they parked their crane on her driveway and broke her new concrete. The only thing they offered her for the broken concrete was to remove the broken pieces for her.
