Steve explained the procedure over the phone, that reassured me of his expertise. Steve said that it should take know more than 5 or 6 hours. I was still in disbelief since other mechanics said that job would be 15 hours of work and with a high cost. When Steve and Brianna arrived he showed me the new parts that would be used to do the repairs. I was amazed how Steve took apart the engine so fast and replace the water pump and timing chain. Steve knew where every nut , bolt and screw were to go back in the engine. My car is running great now. Steve and Brianna were very polite and humble people. I will definitely use there services again and recommend them to friends and family members. I told Steve after watching him work was like watching a surgeon. I watched a tech ride it for a last shake-down prior to leaving with it. Went one mile. The tail light was out. Went 45 minutes towards home, and the shifter peg fell off. Got home and the front marker light was out. Dealership played games and pretended not to know what i meant when i wasnted to see ALL the numbers. After hours of this, and being 45 minutes late for an appointment, I just signed and finally left. During signing, I noticed the 1200+ fee. If you do buy there, plan to spend the day and make sure to review all the paperwork. I wasn't planning to buy that day, but the bike was what I was looking for. Noce enough bike, everything is fixable, people were nice, but the used car salesman tactics made the deal second-rate.

Not only are they EXTREMELY pushy, but the prices are also insane. I ended up at 2 different dealers in Rome, Ga saving me roughly $4,000 on the exact same dirt bikes I had looked at at Ride Now. For some reason they think the stuff they sale is better than everyone else. For reference I purchased a 2025 crf50 for my son, Ride Now wanted almost $2,000 more than other dealers. I also purchased a 2025 kx112 and they were almost $3,000 higher. Last I looked at a crf450r for myself and they were almost $5,000 higher. It's a shame to have to make a bad review on a business but I don't want to see people treated wrong, please check prices before purchasing from Ride Now. This place doesn't care about customers!
