Robert went through every system and when he was finished, my bike ran practically as good as new, or at least better than I ever remembered it running. I watched a tech ride it for a last shake-down prior to leaving with it. Went one mile. The tail light was out. Went 45 minutes towards home, and the shifter peg fell off. Got home and the front marker light was out. Dealership played games and pretended not to know what i meant when i wasnted to see ALL the numbers. After hours of this, and being 45 minutes late for an appointment, I just signed and finally left. During signing, I noticed the 1200+ fee. If you do buy there, plan to spend the day and make sure to review all the paperwork. I wasn't planning to buy that day, but the bike was what I was looking for. Noce enough bike, everything is fixable, people were nice, but the used car salesman tactics made the deal second-rate.

Not only are they EXTREMELY pushy, but the prices are also insane. I ended up at 2 different dealers in Rome, Ga saving me roughly $4,000 on the exact same dirt bikes I had looked at at Ride Now. For some reason they think the stuff they sale is better than everyone else. For reference I purchased a 2025 crf50 for my son, Ride Now wanted almost $2,000 more than other dealers. I also purchased a 2025 kx112 and they were almost $3,000 higher. Last I looked at a crf450r for myself and they were almost $5,000 higher. It's a shame to have to make a bad review on a business but I don't want to see people treated wrong, please check prices before purchasing from Ride Now. This place doesn't care about customers!

The work I had done was a suspension upgrade & it changed my bike (2016 Indian Scout) 100% for the better!!! Kent machined the fork to achieve better oil flow & recovery & installed better springs. On the rear he replaced the weak OE shocks with RaceTech brand which is one of several brands he sells; it's also what I requested. first all pro garage change their name to Dallas Garage and rented a commercial property from me. I…read moregave him two Suzuki scooters do routine maintenance. We had them for six months at his shop. He moved out in the middle of the night and left my two scooters in pieces. along with a couple other motorcycles and parts everywhere. Left my building with thousands of dollars in damages I would not recommend David to anybody at this point I would say they are out of business.
