Instead I did a google search for a men's clothing retailer in Sedona and found Richard David for Men. I called and spoke to Jeffrey, the owner, who was very personable. We were able to work out a deal over the phone and through an catalog that he expedited through the mail. I had my measurements taken locally and reported them over the phone to Jeffrey. He was confident that I would be satisfied with my suit rental. Upon entering his shop, I was greeted by Jeffrey and shown the suit, which fit me nearly perfectly. Only one small alteration had to be made, which his girlfriend Laura was able to complete quickly. The suit was stunning and comfortable and Jeffrey and Laura assured me that they were there for me if I needed anything. Their customer service was top notch and went above and beyond anything I expected. Their level of service, professionalism, and product quality was worth far more than the $170 I spent on my suit. Jeffrey offered me what I felt was a bargain and with impeccable service. Jeffrey and Laura are business owners who truly treat their clients like real people. By the end of our stay in Sedona, I felt like we had made two friends in Jeffrey and Laura and I know that when my wife and I return to Sedona, we will pay them a visit. The store is packed with clothes, hiking gear, etc., so if you need a rain jacket, hiking shirts or pants, maps, whatever, they have it. A well-stocked friendly place. Highly recommended.

ETC has many interesting clothing and one of a kind items that are almost impossible to resist from buying. On my recent visit, I found a really cool shirt, hoodie, and pants that screamed " buy me." When I looked at the price tag and realized what a fantastic deal it is--I said "yes." I kept looking around and saw many things I wanted to buy. But my budget was already stretched so I resisted and jogged down some mental notes to remind me for my next trip to ETC.
