I spoke with a nice guy, he was probably the owner, and he gave me and my friend some EXCELLENT ideas for cool beautiful hikes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is packed with clothes, hiking gear, etc., so if you need a rain jacket, hiking shirts or pants, maps, whatever, they have it. A well-stocked friendly place. Highly recommended.

It wasn't because it was expensive, quite the contrary, since they are an outlet store. They sell clothes, costume jewelry, purses, food and various other gift items. The first thing I noticed was that the store was in complete disarray. There were items strewn all over the place. It was messy. ETC has many interesting clothing and one of a kind items that are almost impossible to resist from buying. On my recent visit, I found a really cool shirt, hoodie, and pants that screamed " buy me." When I looked at the price tag and realized what a fantastic deal it is--I said "yes." I kept looking around and saw many things I wanted to buy. But my budget was already stretched so I resisted and jogged down some mental notes to remind me for my next trip to ETC. There is free public parking nearby and plenty of food spots to replenish for the next shopping adventure.
