It wasn't because it was expensive, quite the contrary, since they are an outlet store. They sell clothes, costume jewelry, purses, food and various other gift items. The first thing I noticed was that the store was in complete disarray. There were items strewn all over the place. It was messy. But my budget was already stretched so I resisted and jogged down some mental notes to remind me for my next trip to ETC.
