I'm curious how much of the inventory was sourced locally from the caverns mountains and streams nearby to Sedona. I ended up purchasing a couple stones and I think what I paid for them was fair. Upon going into the store we saw many workers in there but no one seemed to care they had a customer, we were finally acknowledged by an older lady with dark hair (I wish I would of got her name) she was very rude from the beginning even with us telling her what and why we needed it done, she said in the very beginning "I don't think we can do that, but I'll ask the jeweler" after going to the back with my rings for what seemed like forever she came back out and rudely told us if he did it you'd be able to tell where he cut it and that to reset my ring it would be over $400 - it wasn't about the price it was about the absolute rudeness we received from her from the minute we walked in. I had lost my husband 2 days before that, it was hard enough going out in public but when she showed no care in the world like we were just ruining her day by being there.
