We are big believers that things happen for a reason and we were meant to stumble across this store…read moreand meet Chuck. Made us feel welcome and guided us on how to pick out a stone that truly calls to us. We even had our stones cleared and if you truly believe you feel the energy. Thank you Chuck!

This crystal shop is a hidden gem--literally. The moment you walk in, you're surrounded by…read morebeautifully displayed crystals in every form imaginable. From raw, natural pieces to polished towers, spheres, and pre-drilled stones ready for jewelry, the variety is impressive and thoughtfully organized in glass cases throughout the space. What really stood out to me was the range--not just in styles, but in size and uniqueness. There are statement pieces, collector-worthy chunks, and smaller, more affordable items if you just want something meaningful to take home. Everything is neatly displayed, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. They also carry sound bowls and singing bowls, which add to the calm, almost meditative energy of the shop. Along the walls, there's vibrant artwork and handcrafted pieces that bring in a creative, spiritual vibe without feeling overdone. The whole space feels peaceful, intentional, and full of beautiful energy. Whether you're seriously into crystals or just browsing, it's the kind of place you can take your time in and discover something special.

This is a place to walk around in amazement and wonder of all the different kinds of crystals in…read morethe world. You can spend a dollar or two or you can spend $39,000, your choice. A very spacious showfloor for shiny stones…read more If you're looking for large, high-end crystal showpieces this is definitely the place. The bulk of the store is made up of very sizeable chunks of crystal; carnelian, amethyst, all sorts of quartz. [A nearly absurd amount of quartz tbh] clear, smoky, rose, Himalayan, citrine, clear, tangerine, milky...oh yeah. And clear quartz! The front half of the store is chock-full of bins, bowls, & trays full of much smaller crystals [mostly tumbled stones, polished obelisks, and pre-cut pendants] The size and variety are ideal for the casual rock enjoyer. However, both casual & seasoned rock enthusiasts might find the pricing to be a little less than ideal. Think something along the lines of 4~7$ for a shard of basic quartz less than an inch long. When checking online reviews be mindful of the posting dates as this space actually used to belong to a completely different rock shop. It would seem whatever locals used to own this space had a slightly different approach to selling & pricing out their wares. Visitors who look at their receipt might notice a completely different business name from what is on the building. Much like smoky quartz, this information is a little unclear if you don't know where to look. It turns out "Old Town Rocks" in Cottonwood is just a branch of Peace Place Gifts in Sedona. While Sedona is a lovely place it has also become a bit infamous lately for exorbitantly priced rocks aimed at tourists. Despite the difference in names the cottonwood location has also fallen to the spectre of Sedona crystal pricing. It is very clean & easy to navigate the showfloor though. If you're looking for a chunk of amethyst the size of a small child this location has plenty of unique cuts!
