The one lady asked if I needed any help or if there was some in particular I was looking for. I told her that I didn't need any help but I appreciate that kind of service. The shop is very clean and organized with a lot of signage. I always appreciate a brief description to read about especially since they have so many different types. One was in front of the door that read "quiet please" which made us believe there was a session in place and another one in the patio saying that it was a quiet space and that no cellphones or loud noises were around. We thought we could wait but I told my husband to go downstairs with our toddler to wait since waiting could make our toddler impatient. So I waited 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out to greet us or tell us the session ended. Told my husband we could wait another 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out. I thought the door was locked since it alluded to someone inside getting a reading. So my husband finally asked me if the door was opened. I never bothered to look so I checked. Door was opened and I walked in. There was a lady on her phone and keep in mind, it's super quiet there. First, she didn't bother to look up or greet me. Second, you could look from inside looking out and she clearly saw us waiting and never came outside to ask us if we needed anything. She said "what are you looking for?" I said a psychic reading. She then looks me up and down, and says, "oh sorry I'm not doing any readings today" and then quickly looks at my purse.
