ETC has many interesting clothing and one of a kind items that are almost impossible to resist from buying. On my recent visit, I found a really cool shirt, hoodie, and pants that screamed " buy me." When I looked at the price tag and realized what a fantastic deal it is--I said "yes." I kept looking around and saw many things I wanted to buy. But my budget was already stretched so I resisted and jogged down some mental notes to remind me for my next trip to ETC. There is free public parking nearby and plenty of food spots to replenish for the next shopping adventure.

Outside of the store was a large gate of "love locks" purchased by customers. It was quite impressively full of the gold locks although I noticed a pink lock in the bunch. I had to ask about the locks so talked to a staff person about them. She said couples or singles could purchase a lock for $35 and place the lock anywhere on the gate. Unauthorized locks would be cut off. It made for a nice art installation. I have seen this done on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York too.
