I left without buying any of the things and will spend my money somewhere that people don't chase me out. I have worked in customer service and in a tourist place and it often sucks. I didn't and don't expect smiles and friendliness, but at a bare minimum need to not be locked out of the area of a store 30 minutes before closing. There are a number of signs indicating it's easy to transgress their rules and get yelled at or ejected...so weird how very unfriendly the people at a shop with so many great things could be. Ps don't even think about trying to use the restroom if not a paying customer- you have to buy something and then the other lady will grudgingly hand over some toilet paper. Dang!
