I found a shirt on vacation in Brattleboro Vt, at Sams outfitters that I really liked. Unfortunately they did not have it in my size. Determined to find it I started searching the internet I came across Richard David For Men. Richard David For Men was the only place I could find it. I believe they are made by one person in small batches (r options) Initially I was impressed that they had this line of shirts available but after ordering it I became more impressed with the quality personal service I received and the fast shipping. On my first order I have a mailing address that does not always show up as a valid address. about 2 hrs after ordering a I got a very friendly call just to confirm I was ok with the address they were going to ship to, and they also gave me a little info on the process that goes into the making of the shirt I was ordering after I told him about my search for this product as to let me know what they also saw in the quality of this product! read more

Coming into Sedona for a destination wedding was filled with uncertainty, as we had never been here before and didn't know anyone in the area. I originally called my local Men's Wearhouse, but it meant that I would have to pick up my suit in Phoenix, which was not practical. Instead I did a google search for a men's clothing retailer in Sedona and found Richard David for Men. I called and spoke to Jeffrey, the owner, who was very personable. We were able to work out a deal over the phone and through an catalog that he expedited through the mail. I had my measurements taken locally and reported them over the phone to Jeffrey. He was confident that I would be satisfied with my suit rental. Upon entering his shop, I was greeted by Jeffrey and shown the suit, which fit me nearly perfectly. Only one small alteration had to be made, which his girlfriend Laura was able to complete quickly. The suit was stunning and comfortable and Jeffrey and Laura assured me that they were there for me if I needed anything. Their customer service was top notch and went above and beyond anything I expected. Their level of service, professionalism, and product quality was worth far more than the $170 I spent on my suit. Jeffrey offered me what I felt was a bargain and with impeccable service. Jeffrey and Laura are business owners who truly treat their clients like real people. By the end of our stay in Sedona, I felt like we had made two friends in Jeffrey and Laura and I know that when my wife and I return to Sedona, we will pay them a visit. If you are getting married in Sedona and need a suit, shoes, or anything else clothing-related, stop by Richard David for Men. More businesses should operate this way. Well done! read more

Shortly after arriving in Sedona we realized we forgot to bring an extra pair of shoes for a company dinner we were going to be attending. This men's store carried exactly what we were looking. Fantastic small special store in Sedona for men's clothes. Selection is good for that store size and my only complaint is that my husband found better shorts there than I could anywhere else. Jeffrey's prices are so fair for the quality you receive. Don't miss it! Also carries women's Ugg boots. read more

This store offers the BEST customer service !!! I first shopped here online a few months ago and had a shipping problem - not the store's fault. Jeffrey, the owner, called me when the package was returned, then sent it to the new address I provided, insisting on covering the second round of shipping costs. I was impressed. Remembering this, I went back to Richard David a month ago and bought a pair of pants which turned out to be too long. I reached out to Jeffrey again to ask how to return them and he called me to find out exactly what the problem was and offered several options, one of which was to shorten them at no cost (his wife is a professionally trained tailor!) Again, he paid for shipping both directions! When he received the pants, he called again to verify the length, then they turned them around within a day and now they are PERFECT. Thank you Jeffrey! You really are all about customer service and we will shop with you again!!! read more
