The day I came in (today) they were running a buy 1, get 1 50% deal which was awesome!! Also service was great. The ladies who worked there were nice and helpful. Today I was here and again the woman looked directly at me and said nothing. The energy in this place is so weird that I had to walk out of there. Never seen such poor customer service on a continual basis. I probably would have bought something each time I was here but because it feels so weird I left every single time. ETC has many interesting clothing and one of a kind items that are almost impossible to resist from buying. On my recent visit, I found a really cool shirt, hoodie, and pants that screamed " buy me." When I looked at the price tag and realized what a fantastic deal it is--I said "yes." I kept looking around and saw many things I wanted to buy. But my budget was already stretched so I resisted and jogged down some mental notes to remind me for my next trip to ETC. There is free public parking nearby and plenty of food spots to replenish for the next shopping adventure.
