Good selection. Some parking in back. Typical tourist pricing, but did have some 2-fer pricing Seemed to not have size medium in any men's T-shirts read more

This was my first stop while walking around and checking out the stores. I returned here in the end, because I didn't find anything I liked as much elsewhere. There is a great selection of t-shirts. I normally don't buy t-shirts that are specific to places, but I didn't bring any short sleeves with me on the trip. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. read more

A nice local business that sells clothing and apparel, specifically branded, "Life is Good." Friendly staff welcomed me when I walked in. Clean, organized, and tidy store. read more

Love coming in this store. Every time I'm in Sedona I find something cute there. Today was perfect as I found a cute shirt on the sale rack as well as a few things inside I "needed"! read more

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service!! Miss "M" (not going to use full name) went above and beyond to get me a shirt that I saw when vacationing in Sedona. They have a great selection of shirts, that are reasonably priced. Thank you!!! read more

This shop has the best choices for T-shirts. I looked at most of the clothing shops in Sedona they all have the same tshirts. But this place has beautiful unique one of a kind quality clothes can't wait to come back, definitely stop here. Probably the #1 best choice for tourist. plenty of free parking in the back read more

Love this store and all of their merch! The staff is super friendly. I noticed that there was something wrong with a sweatshirt I purchased (patch was coming off) the first time I wore it a couple days after I bought it and had already left Sedona. So I went on the website to order another one, but the site indicated they don't have an online store. I called them, and Jess helped me resolve my issue! And I was able to order other additional items! And she was happy to help. She didn't make me feel like an inconvenience whatsoever. I had a great experience in Sedona and with this company, and now I have the best souvenirs, too! Thanks, Jess and Cheers :) read more

This place is horrible and I would never go again. Very unprofessional staff! Everything is terribly overpriced. My husband was buying a hat. When he checked out, the price was more than expected. I asked how much tax was in Sedona. I was told 10.4%. That was correct after some research. The total was still more than the hat cost plus tax, easy to figure that out. The unprofessional cashier printed out the receipt and showed us the cost of the hat. It rang up $2 more than it was marked. That is not ok and it is not ok that she did not see that. She gave us the look of 'so what, it's not that much difference'. We said we would not buy it if they did not honor the marked price. Another cashier came to help her and they decided to give us the price difference and tried to hand us the cash, $2. I said that does include the tax. She basically rolled her eyes and looked at us like we were cheap. The hats were very overpriced. Finally, she refunded the transaction and rang it up like it was supposed to be. I told her good, we want this done right. The whole time, we got the "look" because she had to do some work to correct the mistake. Do yourselves a favor, don't ever go there. We walked a short distance and found other stores with much better selections that were a whole lot cheaper. I was able to find other things that I was looking for as well, and the prices were cheaper. This place is terrible. Terrible staff. Items that are not marked correctly. They treat their customers with disrespect. I have no idea how they are in business. Their location is the only plus, and it's not worth it. If we would have gone to the other stores first, we would never have bought that overpriced hat there and would could have avoided the frustrating and unprofessional situation. The owners should be ashamed of their employees and the disrespect they show. read more

This is a really nice shop to get fun Sedona T-shirts and best part it isn't a tacky souvineer shop! We always make a point to stop in whenever we are in Sedona. read more

We walked in during our visit to uptown Sedona. The store was well kept and inviting. The lady at the register was very courteous and friendly which made our experience positive and so we were happy to patronize the store. read more

Love this tshirt shop with helpful employees and especially has a good array of one of my favorite brands "Life is Good". Thus is definitely the best place to buy tshirts for yourself or for others. This is the main store and there is a smaller store across the street. read more

Stopped inside today looked for a particular few items I was told were sold here. I walked around a bit and then asked a girl working the counter and she didn't seem to know what I was talking about, but also didn't sound sure. I know I had seen that the items I was looking for were sold at one of the cheers so I continued to look. A few minutes later I decided to just check out with other things I wanted, but decided to ask a gentleman that was also working. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he stated they had another shop across the street that sold exactly the stickers I was looking for by a local Arizona artist. He also gave me the deal for five stickers even though I only found three at this store and said he'd call over there to let them know I'd be walking over to buy the others. So not only did he save me money, but guided me to the right spot. I'm only giving three starts because the other girl didn't seem to care or even try to really help and left me pretty frustrated. read more

Went in the young girl was very nice but an older man maybe the owner butted in and took over to ring us up. He not only treated her bad and with disrespect but while ringing us up he gave my wife a weird look? Maybe he does not like other nationalities? The owner or guy needs to wake up and treat others with respect. read more

If there were a no star option I would have selected that! 7:35PM My wife and I walk in and we are immediately told we have 5 minutes before they close. Granted the posted closing time is 8:00PM. Shopping for about two minutes a woman opens the door and is promptly told that they are closed. "No sale"...three minutes later my wife asked if the posting closing time was 8:00PM and she was told they have a lot to do. Not a way to treat out of towner...Another "No Sale" read more

We came here for t shirts and hats and were not disappointed. They have a great selection of upscale casual clothes. Attractive and well made. An easy place to spend $100 and feel like you got a bargain. read more

A couple of days ago Alan bought a pair of swim trunks and a Sedona t-shirt here. Both were attractive. He said they had sweatshirts so we came back today so I could look. Most were hoodies, which I don't like and the few crew necks weren't interesting to me. But there was a gorgeous and unusual purple short sleeve t-shirt that I loved, so we bought it. I will wear it w/ great pleasure, even though I didn't really need another short sleeve t-shirt. Some things you just have to have, and I have saved more than $8,000 by not buying several things I loved, a quilt, a bracelet at Blue-Eyed Bear, the Intermezzo sculpture in front of Pump house and a kinetic glass sculpture we saw at Melting Point. read more

One of the few shops in this area that's not riddled with "Older than dirt" t-shirts and chili pepper pot holders. They carry the "Life is Good" line of clothing (or at least it was good until we had lunch) and more tasteful Sedona/Arizona t-shirts. Great collection of Teva sandals, flip-flops, etc. Did you know they make styles other than butt ugly now? Definitely worth a stop in. read more

There's two Cheers locations on the Sedona strip. One is smaller than the other but both are good places to shop for t-shirts. Compared to other t-shirt stores here in this area, I found Cheers to have better designs and colors. We had a little trouble finding sizes (most were already bought) but service was good here. Prices seemed reasonable and they offered sales on some items. read more

The staff was rude. The lady checking us out was rushing us and started cleaning up while we were looking around with 30 minutes before closing. Very Unprofessional, but the products in the store were ok. Go farther up the street there are more stores with the same products. read more

I bought a bunch of t-shirts during my last trip, and of course I got home and discovered that the one I bought for myself had a big hole in it. I emailed Cheers to let them know, and they were kind enough to send me a replacement within the week. So responsive and excellent customer service. I will be back the next time I'm in Sedona! read more

Ok, I have to review this store because I mentioned them in a previous review about another shirt shop in the same strip mall that did me wrong. We went into this store 1st because it was right on the corner at the beginning of the Uptown mall area. Really nice stuff and an even nicer cashier (wish I could remember her name) who even recommended the Sedona Fudge company. My mom bought a shirt, but I left empty-handed, thinking I might find cheaper shirts somewhere else. Well, most of the businesses have the same shirts for the same prices, but not the same hospitality as this employee at this store, so back I went to buy my shirt. Good quality, as I knew it would be. Silly me....I was fully aware that you get what you pay for. Quality service, quality products. read more

Quality customer service... I bought a shirt I really liked, it was well constructed with a current but classic design and soft. So I was disappointed when I got home to San Diego to find a small hole under the left sleeve. I emailed the shop about the shirt and the hole. They responded quickly with a request for my address so the could send a replacement out. Unfortunately, that kind of stand up customer service seems so rare these days. Good shop, good shirts good service. read more

Good quality shirts and a good selection. Three stores in town so if you can't get you size in one the other 2 may have it.

This is THE place to buy earrings. Only $6.99 for the same beautiful dream catcher ones that many other shops charge over $10 for. Shirts were $16.95 but the ones we bought were great quality and won't be thrown out after a few washes. read more
