The poop stains what were left in my dragons cage. Wipes would have cleaned that up.

I purchased a Groupon for boarding here for my bearded dragon and my Yorkie. My family and I were traveling and we were going to be gone for a week. I have no idea what went on at this place but when my husband picked up our pets, my dog had a patch missing from the top of her head and the lizard cage was dirty with poop spot and vegetable residue in his dish(they obviously did not wash the dish that he ate from). She claimed that the missing patch was because of matted hair on our yorkie. Our dog has been groomed plenty times and never have any groom pulled/yank fur off our dogs head to where it left a bald spot. Another thing is that on the website it says that you are charge for another day after 2. Well my husband picked up our pets at 8(as soon as they open) and she charged him for half a day. Money hungry much? Since my dogs had been home she's really jumpy did everything Startle her. She has never been this way before. Some people have businesses because they love what they do, while other do it for the money. I am assuming she only wants the money.

I found him through the Nextdoor app and relied on his stated experience and trustworthiness. When I returned after five days, my previously healthy, active four-year-old pit bull was unable to walk. I have since spent thousands of dollars on veterinary care, and my dog's quality of life has been permanently altered. To this day, I have not received a clear or consistent explanation. I was told my dog got out, was missing for several hours, and later was found. I was not aware he was even injured until after he was picked up by my brother the next day when my brother noticed he was hurt. Even if that account were accurate, he didn't take any accountability for the fact that my dog's back legs are paralyzed and a clear story hasn't been given. He claims he was standing outside while my dog was chewing the fence to escape but if that's the case why continue to let him chew it? Nothing is making sense and when I asked him about it he got defensive. All I wanted was answers. Three weeks later, my dog is still suffering. He lives in constant pain, cannot walk without assistance, and is largely confined to bed rest. When I contacted this man seeking clarity, I was met with anger and defensiveness rather than accountability or concern. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency, judgment, and responsibility. I strongly warn others not to entrust this person with the care of their pet.

(pictures were taken after cleaning up her eye) UPDATE: Terissa called and gave us a more detailed explanation of Harleys stay there. she explained that they have turf in the back and something could've gotten in her eye, that could be the reason for her eye being irritated. she offered to cover vet bills and Harleys stay there. she was definitely very apologetic and we really appreciate her customer service. that is how you do business. thank you Terissa!

EVERYONE PLEASE SHARE: While I was out of town, I had my…read moremom/brother take my beautiful Puppy Furiosa who I got from a GREAT American Bully breeder, Jacqueline of Show Quality, Blue Ribbon blood, to get her stainless steel sutures from her ear crop removed on Monday the 24th. (THIS WAS SUPPOSED to be a $15-$20 appointment) at the HEART OF SUWANEE ANIMAL HOSPITAL (LINK IS BELOW). Anyway, here is a little background, in GWINNETT and some nearby counties, its hard to find a vet to ear crop, because it is viewed as in humane, IM NOT WRITING THIS TO GET INTO A DEBATE... so, that being said the DR. who preformed my pups ear crop did a wonderful job on her ears and ive seen her litter mates, and older siblings, half-siblings, aunties, uncles and parents ears by the same vet and they look GREAT!. This vet chose the metal sutures because puppies like to play and nip at each others ears, and the nylon ones have come out in the past so we chose that. (Ive owned dobies so I am no rookie to this). Well when my brother got there to the vet here is what happened: 1) They demanded that my brother/mother report the "person" that "DID THIS" because they "BUTCHERED" her ears, and that no "REAL VET" would do this, implicating that it was a barn yard black market job... (as if we would be that stupid as we view animals just as respectfully as a human). 2) After that fiasco, and scaring my poor family, not only did they accuse my pup as being treated inhumanely treated and butchered and went so far as to say "SHE"LL NEVER BE A SHOW DOG"... the tecnician tried to CONVINCE my brother to GIVE HER MY DOG!!!!!! ( I see what's really happening) 3) If all this isnt bad enough, they forced my animal to undergo vaccines that she already had, had her butt probbed for worms, then lied to my family that she had worms, (SHE HAD BEEN DEWORMED TWICE BEFORE AT THE OTHER VET, OBVIOUSLY if she had a sergery she had her shots already,) but instead of investigating my poor mom got persueded to pay $200 SOME ODD change, which was supposed to be no more than $50 TOPS. Same thing happened to a friend of mine a couple weeks ago with their dobie. The breeder de-wormed, and they scammed them the same way, claiming she still had them. 4) AND HERE IS THE WORST PART: SHE PUT MY DOG UNDER, UNCONSCIENCE, to take the sutures out. Which i have on a recorded phone call, her reason was, that my puppy was moving, and wiggling too much to clip them out! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. You really didnt have the patience to clip each loop??? Anesthesia is dangerous (EVERYONE KNOWS THIS)and should only be done under extreme circumstances. She had just been put under 2 weeks before to get the ear crop. That's too close together for the brain to heal from the first time. THIS VET CLINIC IS UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAMS PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY, JUDGES YOU AND TRIES TO FORCE THEIR OWN PERSONAL CONSCIENCES ON TO YOU, TRIED TO STEAL MY SHOW QUALITY TOP OF THE LINE AMERICAN PITT BULL TERRIER, BY SAYING SHE WAS MAMED, (RELIQUISHING THE DOG) AND ONTOP OF THAT RISKS MY DOGS HEALTH BY NEEDLESS INVASIVE PROCEDURES. TAKE YOUR ANIMALS WHO CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION BEYOND SCHOOL. USING STAINLESS STEEL SUTURES IS HUMANE AND SUITABLE AND COMPLETELY OK, CROPPING EARS IS NOT ILLEGAL AND SHOULD NEVER MAKE YOU FEEL WRONG FOR IT. ITS A PERSONAL CHOICE. AND IF THEY ARE TOO SCARED TO REMOVE THE SUITURES RUN! IF THEY TRY TO STEAL YOUR DOG, REPORT THEM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS VET. HOW TRAUMATIZING. FYI, Furiosa's ears look AMAZING and I WILL be training and ENTERING HER IN SHOWS WHEN SHE IS OLD ENOUGH. Rob Barter Malcolm Hickenbotham Matt Johnston Red N White Kennels Keyco Jones Shane Wolfe PLease share this with anyone you know in the Pitt Bull, Doberman, Schnauzer communities, or communities with other dog lover's where ear cropping is a breed Standard!! https://www.facebook.com/heartofsuwaneeanimalhospital...

The emergency hospital had given him a fever-reducing shot that was supposed to last 24 hours. When we arrived at Tiger Tails first thing the next morning, we clearly told the staff and doctor about this and that it had only been 12 hours since it was given. The doctor took his temperature, did a quick checkup, and said he was fine -- then sent us home. We had pleaded that it was strange he wasn't eating or drinking and he was vomiting with hints of blood, but she kept insisting that he may have just ate something bad or just elder dog symptoms. Just 13 hours later, my dog passed away. I trusted Tiger Tails to take our concerns seriously and to monitor him properly after everything he had been through, but I feel that they dismissed his condition too easily. I am heartbroken and will never forget how this was handled. Please be cautious and make sure your pet gets the thorough care they deserve.

Very early on she started developing a cough and then wheezing, and then runny nose and I was so concerned I couldn't wait two more days for my already scheduled vet apt with another place. I called Tiger tails as soon as they opened this morning and I spoke with Jordan, and she was so unbelievably kind and helpful. She worked her butt off to get us in as early as possible, and even called me back twice to offer two earlier times, which we took. As soon as we got there we were greeted with super friendly staff. They led us to our excluded room (because of the cough) and every single vet tech and vet that came in was amazing. They were so gentle and loving to my baby, and explained everything they were doing. She did a thorough examination, asked questions, and determined it was kennel cough and sent me off with two different meds. I am a pretty anxious person when it comes to illnesses, especially since this is my first dog I personally own, but they were so welcoming and understanding, putting me at ease. I am SO glad I ended up going here, and will be going back for all her future shots/check ups. Thank you to the entire staff that helped me and my baby today!!
