I got a quick reply also! $35 for the Sleeves and $12 for hemming the pants. Picked up the suit today and tried it on and it far exeeds my expectations. Turns out they left a stain and they need to redo it. They ask me to come back the next day after 2PM and it'll be ready. I've got a wedding the next day..which is why I had it dry cleaned...I asked if I could leave it so they can finish it the same day since it was only 12PM at the time. They told me they don't do it at the location and to call around the area for a store that provided 24HR service. I took it as is and was charged the full price.

Before I could finish explaining, the person I was speaking with abruptly hung up on me. Thinking the call may have been disconnected by mistake, I called back and politely asked if he had intended to hang up. He responded "yes" and then hung up on me again. I've given Carlos numerous shirts, pants, and shorts, and he has handled them all incredibly well. His most impressive work for me has been the taking in of a Harrington jacket that was too baggy in the torso from the chest down. The jacket is much more snug around my waist now, with the right amount of give and no loose threads or exposed stitching.

Since I have been using this cleaners there have been two (2) difference owners. The people who work there give great customer service. They do an excellent job on dry cleaning. If you are not happy, they will send the garment back without charge. They also treat their customers well. They are professional. The real key to the success of this cleaners is their manager, Zerleen Barbosa. Zerleen has been in the dry cleaning business for years. Zerleen is the reason I stayed with them when they moved to Macy's plaza. I can give her a garment without spot checking it. I know it will come back with all spots and stains removed. She spot checks your clothes. She is great with delivery. She will get your garments ready for you when you need them. Most of all, she is a joy to work with! Zerleen is also great with alterations. She does not do the alterations herself. But she measure the garments. She gives good advice on what looks best on the customers. She is confident in the advice she gives. That is part of knowing the business. In my opinion, Your Cleaners Online is top notch. It is better than most of the cleaners I have been to. You can trust them with your special garments.

They were 2-hours late for pickup and provided no update until I called for the status. Then, they called me later that day to inform me they wouldn't be able to deliver my order until Monday. On Monday at 6:40 pm (which you can see in the screenshot) my clothes still weren't delivered nor has anyone bothered to contact me regarding the delay. I called again this morning and was finally able to get my clothes delivered. They did do a good job but due to the unprofessionalism, I won't be using this company again.
