From out of town, but needed some TLC. After searching through local reviews, I was attracted most to Twins Nail. So happy with my choice. Loved my eyebrow wax and pedicure! People were friendly too. Very busy on Thursday mornings, make an appt! read more

Really great service & reasonable prices! I'd say the 'atmosphere' could use some updates, but everything is clean and the guy who did my nails was super friendly. I'll definitely be back & would recommend this place to my friends! read more

I like the people that work here. They're very nice and professional. I also like that I can get in and out of here very quickly without even having made an appointment. I've got manicures and pedicures here twice. Both times my nails, feet, and hands looked great. I got a french manicure with shellac here before that did not last as long as other shellac manicures I've had, but I can't complain too much about it because the price was better than other places I've been. read more

Twin Nails give THE best shellac manicures in town. They last for up to four weeks and are spot on perfect. The manicurist can get you in and out with a full manicure in a hour our or less. So going there on your lunch break totally works out. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and the constant flow of HGTV on flat screens is awesome. I would definitely recommend this shop to any man or woman. read more

Absolutely LOVE this salon!! Super clean, super friendly, super fast, and very reasonable!! I live in the NW Surburbs of Chicago and visit my sister about once a month in Bloomington/Normal and always try to get an appointment here! I highly recommend them. Check them out you will not be disappointed!! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I went in April and my toe got an infection. It is now August, I have been to 3 different doctors and on 4 different medications to get rid of it-but it won't go away. I may have to go in for a bone scan to make sure it has not spread to my bones. DO NOT GO! It is not worth it, they don't clean tools properly! read more

Went here for the first time almost a month ago. I got an acrylic full set (roughly $30) and they did a beautiful job! I have yet to get my nails filled due to all of the holiday festivities and they are all staying on strong, and still look pretty good! This is by far the best set I've ever gotten and I can't wait to go back! The salon is set up a little strange (and when you walk in the door everyone stares at you), but they make you feel right at home and offer you something to drink right away! Would definitely recommend this to a friend and will definitely be going back on a regular basis!! read more

I am always happy with my service after going to twin nails. Reasonable pricing as I paid $35 for a gel full set! They always make sure I am satisfied and they do excellent work! read more

Twins Nail - I paid $35 for a gel full set! They always make sure I am satisfied and they do excellent work! - Nail Salons Near Me - Bloomington, Illinois

Make an appointment this place gets busy and it's no wonder, what a fabulous nail salon!

This was the absolute worst experience i had at a nail salon. If i could give less than one star i would. I just moved here from the suburbs of Chicago, and needed my gel overlay soaked off and get a regular manicure. They gave me a lady who didn't know what she was doing. When she soaked off my nails, she left bits of the acrylic still on my nails and just painted over it. All of my nails are shaped different, and definitely not "square oval/squoval", and had already chipped after 2 days. They do NOT care about sanitation as all their tools are not single use and sent off for disinfecting (cuticle tool, push back tool). Huge risk for infection! Absolute worst manicure I've ever had. read more

In all honesty, I do not think the girl who did my nails did a good job. I got a full set acrylic and my pinky nails and ring fingers don't match in nail length. The nail polish around the cuticle isn't clean either. In fact, the cuticle looks awful. I will not be returning, and will be getting the acrylics taken off ASAP elsewhere. For $30 l, you'd think they would take their time and do at least an okay job. read more

I went here recently for a simple manicure and I was really disappointed. It seems like they only care about customers coming in for deluxe pedicures or acrylic tips. Although I was only there for a manicure I would've been a repeat customer if she had done a good job. I keep my nails short and she basically just painted them sloppily and then cleaned it up (sort of) with a paint brush dipped in polish remover. I would not return to this salon. read more

I give Twin Nails 5 stars! I called on short notice and they got me in within 10 minutes for a pedicure. The man at the front that makes all the appointments was very kind and always called me by my name and made sure my service was great. I just got a basic pedicure and it was well worth the 25$ they charge. I have gotten the same basic pedicure many other places and have been charged up to 40$. I told the lady doing my pedicure about my almost ingrown toenail and she was very gentle and made sure she took care of it properly. overall I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone! The service was great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. read more

I've been going to Twin Nails for years. The staff is friendly and do their best at getting you in w/out an appointment. MiMi is my gal and does a wonderful job! I never leave there not satisfied of her work. Their place is always clean and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it here!! read more

Didn't make an appointment but I got right in and right out. Pedicure and hand polish done within an hour! Everyone was so friendly and nice. Great atmosphere and good prices. Wasn't outrageous and the quality was fantastic. I would definitely recommended this nail salon for this area. read more

Very nice salon. Staff was super friendly. I had a basic pedi and pink fill. Exactly what I needed and price was reasonable. Very professional and squeaky clean. Nails look great. Offered me a drink ( I took bottled water). I was in town to visit family. Definitely recommend based on my experience. read more

Love this place. They are very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. $13 for a manicure and $25 for a pedicure, $35 for both. It is very clean. I like Mylee. Call for an appointment. read more

I was a walk-in and they treated me like a queen. Made me a margarita and got me in right away. Excellent pedicure, quick service, lovely people. The owner's 5 yr old daughter told me zombie stories while I waited for my nails to dry. I will return! read more

My favorite nail salon in town so far! It's spotless, the staff is so friendly, and the deluxe pedi was amazing. Decent prices on par with the others. And it's super busy on a Saturday morning, so that many customer can't be wrong. Also a good place for men - my husband feels comfortable here. read more

This is the best nail place in town and I have tried a lot of them. VERY friendly, professional and FAST!!!!

I don't normally splurge on manicures/pedicures for myself, but I went on a two week cruise, and wanted professional, lasting results. Helena was very nice and gave me a beautiful French shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Three weeks later nails on both hands and feet still looked beautiful! This was my second visit to Twins Nail, and I will definitely go back. read more

Great service and friendly staff --What more canyou ask for. Pretty interior. Great pedicures. I have services from of the staff at their previous employers but they are more relaxed in this setting and entertaining. read more

For the most part they all do a really good job. However, I stopped going here when I had a lady give me the worst shellac nails ever and it took her FOREVER too. I have since switched over to Kim's Pro Nails on Collage Ave. and they are GREAT! read more

I went in hoping for a fancier no-chip manicure with some art. After picking out my colors she asked how I wanted it and I asked for her suggestions because I didn't know what my options were. She told me to get a french manicure and I thought she would add some art to it. She did the french manicure within 15-20 minutes and I was done. Right after I left I noticed I had two nails that weren't had been filed well and nail polish from before on at least five nails. Three nails also chipped within three days. I will not be returning for a no chip manicure but I have had good experiences here with pedicures. read more

I hadn't been to Twins in probably close to 10 years but Yelpers were giving it fairly good reviews so I opted to try it. I have to give them credit that they didn't make me wait for walking in on a Sunday afternoon for a pedicure. I was told to pick out a color, but then I had to ask where the polish was after looking in all the wrong places. They only have OPI and China Glaze for regular polish. The color selection really wasn't very good. Luckily I brought my own high end polish as a backup. The nail technician had never even heard of the brand. After getting to the pedicure chair, Kevin introduced himself and spent the first few minutes trying to get me to accept a margarita or glass of wine which I wasn't in the mood for. He then asked me twice how long it had been since I had visited Twins. He asked if I was married and had kids. He attempted to up sell me on a different pedicure. He accepted my 'no thank you' and said 'next time'. And then it was over. It was the fastest pedicure I have ever had. 20 minutes and he was asking for $25. 20 minutes?! I cannot believe that I paid more than a dollar per minute for all of that. And Kevin's polish job was just okay. I will NOT be going back. Ridiculous. read more
