I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I went in April and my toe got an infection. It is now August, I have been to 3 different doctors and on 4 different medications to get rid of it-but it won't go away. I may have to go in for a bone scan to make sure it has not spread to my bones. DO NOT GO! It is not worth it, they don't clean tools properly! read more

I like the people that work here. They're very nice and professional. I also like that I can get in and out of here very quickly without even having made an appointment. I've got manicures and pedicures here twice. Both times my nails, feet, and hands looked great. I got a french manicure with shellac here before that did not last as long as other shellac manicures I've had, but I can't complain too much about it because the price was better than other places I've been. read more

Twin Nails give THE best shellac manicures in town. They last for up to four weeks and are spot on perfect. The manicurist can get you in and out with a full manicure in a hour our or less. So going there on your lunch break totally works out. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and the constant flow of HGTV on flat screens is awesome. This was the absolute worst experience i had at a nail salon. If i could give less than one star i would. I just moved here from the suburbs of Chicago, and needed my gel overlay soaked off and get a regular manicure. They gave me a lady who didn't know what she was doing. When she soaked off my nails, she left bits of the acrylic still on my nails and just painted over it. All of my nails are shaped different, and definitely not "square oval/squoval", and had already chipped after 2 days. They do NOT care about sanitation as all their tools are not single use and sent off for disinfecting (cuticle tool, push back tool). Huge risk for infection! Absolute worst manicure I've ever had. read more

Went here for the first time almost a month ago. I got an acrylic full set (roughly $30) and they did a beautiful job! I have yet to get my nails filled due to all of the holiday festivities and they are all staying on strong, and still look pretty good! This is by far the best set I've ever gotten and I can't wait to go back! The salon is set up a little strange (and when you walk in the door everyone stares at you), but they make you feel right at home and offer you something to drink right away! Would definitely recommend this to a friend and will definitely be going back on a regular basis!! read more

In all honesty, I do not think the girl who did my nails did a good job. I got a full set acrylic and my pinky nails and ring fingers don't match in nail length. The nail polish around the cuticle isn't clean either. In fact, the cuticle looks awful. I will not be returning, and will be getting the acrylics taken off ASAP elsewhere. For $30 l, you'd think they would take their time and do at least an okay job. read more

I give Twin Nails 5 stars! I called on short notice and they got me in within 10 minutes for a pedicure. The man at the front that makes all the appointments was very kind and always called me by my name and made sure my service was great. I just got a basic pedicure and it was well worth the 25$ they charge. I have gotten the same basic pedicure many other places and have been charged up to 40$. I told the lady doing my pedicure about my almost ingrown toenail and she was very gentle and made sure she took care of it properly. overall I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone! I went here recently for a simple manicure and I was really disappointed. It seems like they only care about customers coming in for deluxe pedicures or acrylic tips. Although I was only there for a manicure I would've been a repeat customer if she had done a good job. I keep my nails short and she basically just painted them sloppily and then cleaned it up (sort of) with a paint brush dipped in polish remover. I would not return to this salon. read more

Helena was very nice and gave me a beautiful French shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Three weeks later nails on both hands and feet still looked beautiful! I went in hoping for a fancier no-chip manicure with some art. After picking out my colors she asked how I wanted it and I asked for her suggestions because I didn't know what my options were. She told me to get a french manicure and I thought she would add some art to it. She did the french manicure within 15-20 minutes and I was done. Right after I left I noticed I had two nails that weren't had been filed well and nail polish from before on at least five nails. Three nails also chipped within three days. I will not be returning for a no chip manicure but I have had good experiences here with pedicures. read more

I hadn't been to Twins in probably close to 10 years but Yelpers were giving it fairly good reviews so I opted to try it. I have to give them credit that they didn't make me wait for walking in on a Sunday afternoon for a pedicure. I was told to pick out a color, but then I had to ask where the polish was after looking in all the wrong places. They only have OPI and China Glaze for regular polish. The color selection really wasn't very good. Luckily I brought my own high end polish as a backup. The nail technician had never even heard of the brand. After getting to the pedicure chair, Kevin introduced himself and spent the first few minutes trying to get me to accept a margarita or glass of wine which I wasn't in the mood for. He then asked me twice how long it had been since I had visited Twins. He asked if I was married and had kids. He attempted to up sell me on a different pedicure. He accepted my 'no thank you' and said 'next time'. And then it was over. It was the fastest pedicure I have ever had. 20 minutes and he was asking for $25. 20 minutes?! I cannot believe that I paid more than a dollar per minute for all of that. And Kevin's polish job was just okay. I will NOT be going back. Ridiculous. read more
