My latest pedicure was terrible. The guy who did the pedicure raced through each step and was very rough. He cut my big toe while trimming the cuticles making for a painful experience. My toe is still red and in pain. He made me move from the chair the second he was finished painting my nails, causing one to get smudged and he had to redo it. My nails also do not look very good. I will be looking for a new pedicure salon. read more

Pretty good nail service, this used to be my go to nail spot but it got too pricey for 1 acrylic set with design it's about $100.

I did not get the service I requested. He did not seem interested in what he was doing.

I really hate to leave a negative review, however after my experience today I felt the need to share. I normally do nails at home but am going out of town and wanted to get gel done. Booked appointment ahead and time and got there 15 minutes early to decide on a color. The gentlemen who was assigned to me stood by me in the color section hovering. I can appreciate if he wanted to help answer any questions, but I felt extremely rushed, and being 15 minutes early I can't imagine we were on a time crunch. I asked him if he had a preferred color line because it seems like they carry two lines, and he said both were fine. I picked a color set 303 with the same color for my gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. Flash forward to service, pedicure was fine. He asked if I wanted my nails trimmed down, which he did. Painted color, and moved onto manicure. My manicure was a gel manicure. Completed in no more than 20 minutes. The technician asked if I wanted square-oval, I said yes please natural. It wasn't until he finished painting I realized he never trimmed down my nails , or filed them. My nails are on the shorter side, but some are longer than others, and they weren't evened out. He took the time to file the edges of one hand, but didn't do the other. I assumed that the other hand just didn't need it. Finished the manicure at that point. I made payment $80 something dollars, for a basic pedi and a gel manicure which honestly seemed more on par with a polish change. I got to my car and in natural light realized the colors to be different from each other - the regular polish dried as a light pink and the gel as an opaque almost white. I saw him use both colors labeled 303, so I assume this is a product issue, nothing the technician did, but it's disappointing nonetheless. My cuticles on my left hand were all painted over and not cleaned up at all. I ended up scraping the paint off the edges for a neater looking job. Again, I hate to leave a bad review for a newer local business, but feel it necessary. I regret not speaking up on the manicure, as I ended up filing my nails down at home to be a more similar shape and length. For the amount I paid , plus tip, I am disappointed in the service, and encourage those who come here to speak up during process to ensure you are receiving a full service. read more

CASH TIP ONLY!! I am extremely happy with my nails. They look amazing. These were done by Ken, much recommended!! The environment was very positive and friendly, everyone acted like they wanted to be there making it an overall positive space. My only complaint is that Chrome was suggested to me without informing me it was an additional $15 up charge. Taking my nails from $72 to $87 before tip.. (Full set $55, Gel $10, French tip $7, Chrome $15). Otherwise, very pleased with my experience and will be returning. read more

Staff was nice, but it's not worth the price. I was excited to try this place after hearing reviews, but it wasn't a positive nail experience. I asked for a simple pointy almond bubble bath set, and instead got a peachy pink round set. The nails were translucent and the polish she put over was wayyy too sheer. Not to mention she left extra acrylic behind the nail tip. I don't get my nails done very often, but I wanted to treat myself as a graduation gift. I didn't get the name of the girl, but she did a phenomenal job!! She was super attentive to detail making sure the shape, length, and color was to my liking. The service was also welcoming and warm. I was asked if I wanted anything to drink during my service. 100% will come back to get my nails done here. I went for a pedicure in the beginning of May. The lady working on me started cutting along side of my right big toenail. To the point that it started bleeding and it took her awhile to get it to stop. She told me to come back when I could tolerate more pain. Foolishly I went back the second week of June and got a different person. He did a much better job. The problem was there wasn't enough polish and he put nail polish remover in the bottle to thin it out. I've been here two times for gel manicures. I will go elsewhere. The technicians do a full grind off of gel polish with no soaking. I asked if this would damage my nails and Luca (my second technician) just kind of shrugged. They also don't use cuticle oil or lotion, basically just use a grinder to file back cuticles. It is very fast but not good for healthy nails. Their work stations are not clean. Lots of grime and dust. I could tell that the towel that Luca used for my hands to rest on was dirty. My gel manicure with him looked okay but on closer inspection the next day I could see that it was not even and kind of wavy looking. Also a gel manicure is $45 plus tip. The hand massage is not very good. Anyway, I'll not be back. read more

Booked online w a tech that was recommended. Got to the salon and they tried to get me in with another tech. After stating many times I was waiting for the tech I booked with and waited for 40mins, I still was placed with someone else. No explanation. What is the point of booking then? The tech that did my acrylics was pretty good but I got upcharged for some things I was not told about. Thought that was shady. The place was pretty dirty, felt like I needed a shower after. Very poor quality pedicure. No cuticle care and I had to ask them to straighten out the cut down bc it was crooked. There was some knicks and open skin with the cut down. Then the paint looked like a toddler did it. It wasn't even and he put my shoes on too early so it made marks in the paint. The person who did it was very sweet but maybe someone should be checking the licensing on that one :/. I honesty think my toes looked worse after I left than I did walking in. read more

I had a horrible experience at this salon. The pedicure was rushed and the technician seemed very uninterested in providing a quality service. He was very unprofessional and began to smoke his vape during my service. My nails were cut unevenly, and he did not give the full pedicure, as described on the sheet shown to me at the beginning of the service. I am so disappointed because I have gone in for full-sets/fills and they have done an amazing job! Ruined my experience at Oasis Nails, to say the least. read more

I am giving this place 1 star, because my daughters nails did turn out very nice, however the staff were unprofessional, and very rude. Not only did my lady give me the wrong service, she wasn't very pleasant, and seemed very rushed, and disengaged throughout the whole service. She had to text me that she have me the wrong service, after she asked what pedicure I was wanting. My daughter came in for a full set, we left with them looking beautiful, but during the service, the staff members were vaping, drinking, and literally over the shoulders of the staffing talking in their smears making my 14 year old daughter very uncomfortable. Our nail tech had to text us questions, and when we still didn't understand, he got frustrated with us. Overall the experience was not pleasant, and $77 dollars for a full set of nails with French tip polish was not what I was expecting. read more
