Your website and building front says you are open and take walk ins ....but when I tried to "walk in" the door was locked. Seriously do not waste your time or money. I had gel polish separating from my nails less than 12 hours after having them done. I was told I cannot have a refund due to already paying their employee. They had me come back out today to fix them. And now tonight I have 4 of my polish separating from my nails again! I sent them another message to get a refund. I can do my nails at home and they last longer than 12 hours! so they can pay their employees over and over again to fix something that shouldn't be happening but they cannot refund someone for things that should not be happening. All the money I spent to not even be able to enjoy my nails for a damn day. I didn't do any house work today, I didn't do any yard work today, I didn't clean anything today. I drove my car pretty much all day and held my newborn and apparently gel polish can't withhold 12 hours of doing absolutely nothing. I am not going to keep driving the 23 minutes back and forth to the salon for them to continuous fix my nails that are not lasting a day. read more

This nail salon has two locations, and I have tried both. The one next to Pizza Hut has more chairs and some fancy pedicure options, so I recommend going there. The staff is friendly and professional, and there are lots of color options from which to choose. I usually get a power dip manicure, which typically lasts for 4 weeks. THUMBS DOWN Horrible service. If I could give zero stars I would. I had made an appointment before coming in just like I was told to do over the phone, and I walk in and the nail techs are working on another person who didn't even call ahead of time. They let the person take my appointment time that I had reserved without even verifying who it was that called ahead. How do you expect to operate a business like that? There is no organization whatsoever. Anyways, the nail techs still told me that they could service me so they sat me down in the spa chair and had me soak my feet. I waited 30 MINUTES until I finally got up, dried my feet, and left that mess. As I was walking out of the door they were all confused as to why I was leaving. Clearly no one could service me. Who the heck would wait around all day for this when I had called and made a reservation for a specific time that I would be supposedly serviced??? That's why people make reservations right??? I even came in 30 minutes before closing and they still took there time as though they just opened ! Amazing and clean place! Definitely coming back! Thank you ! I've been going here for maybe a year. The quality of work has gone down but the price went up. I've had nails pop up a day after getting work done. Today was the last straw for me though. I had a confirmed 4pm appointment & imagine my surprise when the person who was supposed to do my nails was a no show. Just so unprofessional. we went here as a bridal party. my sister in law went in a month before to book a time and make sure they could take us all since there would be 7 of us and confirmed the week of. we got in and they started on me and her as the rest of the party arrived. through this walk ins kept coming in and they kept accepting them. half way through our toes they just started doing someone else and we were sitting there for 20 minutes and no one was doing anything to us. two different girls wanted acrylics but they told one girl no cause there wasn't time and then just ignored the other girl. then when I got my nails done she rushed it so fast, didn't do my cuticals at all and I know for a fact didn't give My nails enough Time in the uv light. She kept snapping at me when I didn't understand what she was wanting. Then at the end she had my put my feet on a trash can at the nail table to do a second coat on my toes. one of my toes chipped the Night I got home and my nails (gel) just chipped only three days later. The worst manicure I've ever experienced. Made an appointment with friend before her wedding to get nails done. They sat us separately and I kindly asked if we could sit next to each other. They allowed it but kept moving our chairs around which was super irritating. The nail tech I had was extremely rude and at one point snapped at me for removing my hand from the uv light. My daughter and her friend went in for her friends birthday and my daughter was going to Florida. Well...as soon as I walked her in, they were rude as all can be! I have no problem with Platinum Nails 2 but that were busy and sent me to their Platinum Nails 1 location. I walked in and was asked what services I wanted. Pedicure for me, acrylics for my daughter. I asked if they had time and how long a wait it was. He said, did you make an appointment? I said no, is there a long wait? Then he yells in a high pitched voice in front of everyone, well we do pedicure now but daughter has to wait 1/2 hour. You need to make appointment, we are busy with holiday weekend. Along with whatever else he was yelling. The whole place was staring at me. Rude AF!! I'm going to go back to the other shop and tell them not to send me over there again. I will not go to Platinum Nails 1 EVER! Bad way to handle business when I just asked a simple ? Got the hands-down best leg & foot massage I've ever had during my Deluxe pedicure. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but I was shown to a chair and got to wait sitting in the massage chair with my feet soaking. so my best friend and i came here and we both wanted short white coffin nails. my guy that did my nails did pretty good and kept checking in and and asking if i was ok or if it hurt. my friends lady just didn't care and started being really rude when she asked for coffin and was laughing at her and her nails. she made her BLEED and she said it was excruciatingly painful. she also kept rolling her eyes at her. she missed half of her nail with the acrylic and they're extremely dirty and lopsided. then she was making fun of my friend to her friend. read more
