This is my go to place! Everytime I have gone whether it be for a pedicure or manicure I am always pleased. Staff is always friendly and welcoming!! read more

Would you be happy if you paid $ for a pedicure and got one big toenail cut so short it bled and became mismatched in size from the other one? Polish left around the edges of every toe? Cuticles not trimmed? This place is a joke. Crowded, dirty, and the man who did my pedicure was rude. They are in a convenient location but I will never spend another dime here again. read more

As soon as I sat down I knew my pedicure was going to be rushed. The tech didn't push my cuticles down at all. She literally touched my toes with the tool and that's it! The regular polish selection was horrible. The colors were outdated and the bottles were old and most were almost empty. A basic pedicure was less than 20 minutes and cost $35. Tips are cash only so you know they are committing tax fraud. read more

LE Nails & Spa - my toes perfectly painted and soothed out - Nail Salons Near Me - Morton, Illinois

Poor service, paid for pedicure which was the fasted one every received & manicure and was very disappointed! I asked for Gel French manicure and got a powder dip, even after telling her NO several times. Even told her I was very unhappy, she just smiled. Do not recommend them and I will not be going back. read more

I have a couple of favorite nail techs, and they do an amazing job! My usual service is either a manicure or gel manicure. Before coming here (I started shortly after they opened), I was a lifelong nail biter. They've helped me with tips and tricks... after a few years, I was finally able to break the habit! Give them a chance, call ahead for an appointment. Ask for the tech best for your specific service or goals, and you'll find this is a great place to go! read more

Prices are a bit high place isn't very sanitary with the tools and my acrylics come out way to thick to look good most the time

I decided to go back to acrylics and went in to get a set without an appointment (I was in the area). I was thrilled they could take me. However, I'm shocked at actually stayed for the entire service. The table (and everything else) was covered in grit. He made no attempt to clean it. No paper towel under my hands - just a dirty table. He did my set without pushing back or cleaning up my cuticles. and he did not do much shaping after the acrylics were on. Ever heard of bubble nails? Yeah - that's what I had. I was able to wash my hands before the top coat - but there were no nail brushes for me to scrub. I was truly concerned that I would have an infection after that service. $60 for filthy, subpar service? I will NEVER be back. read more

i was very disappointed ! My nails and toes look ok, but had to paint my toe nails twice as the tech couldn't under stand english well enough to know I wanted the gel polish. After getting that straighted out she did do a great job the man doing my nails knicked me with the drill. acted as though it was my fault! my biggest concern was the lack of cleanleness starting with the dirty lid on garbage can in bathroom. stations were not sanitized between clients and the tech did not wash hands between clients the tech station was not clean! the sink where we washed up needed a good cleaning as well. read more

I am not usually one to do this, but I simply do not recommend this place. I came in for a pedicure and I have never been so disappointed. I sat without any water for over 15 minutes which has never happened to me before. Other places have at least started to soak my feet immediately if they are busy. The guy that did my toes skipped several steps in the pedicure which I still ended up paying $45 for (not including tip). He got polish all over my toenails even after he tried to fix it. He also cut me really badly. The first picture shows the terrible paint job. The second is the scab on my toe from getting cut so badly. read more

Making an appointment means absolutely nothing at this salon because they constantly take walk-ins. I have made several appointments to be left waiting 20 plus minutes or more to get in. The last time I was there which was last week was the final straw for me. I had an appointment at 12:30 and was still waiting at 12:56. I said no more and got up and walked out. The guy I always get has to answer the phone and collect payment from those leaving and it takes forever to get a fill done. Will not go back and neither will my daughter so they lost two customers. read more

Had a pedicure done and after a few hours two toes (one on each foot) were hurting along the sides. I poured peroxide on both immediately. One healed after a few days, the other is still infected 10 days later. It hurts so bad I can barely walk. I've been on antibiotics for three days now and as you can see they don't seem to be helping. I've never written a review good or bad in my life but felt this needed to be shared. read more

This place is consistently awful. They over charge, don't inform and generally do a lousy job. Also, pretty sure ended up with a fungal infection from a pedicure and won't be back. read more

Awful! I can't recommend them or the manager!!!! I have been here before and no issues. All I wanted was the same shape and color I walked in with. The trim of my nails reduced my nails to short, pointy witches nails. Not the oval I had and requested! I stopped the manicure and told him I didn't want my nails so short, on the 1st finger. He continued, very aggressive w/mechanical filing. I reminded him that I had requested an oval shape, not pointed. He insisted the shape was oval. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was. I asked for his name, he said something that started with an A. I requested he spell or write his name out. He refused. I told him I would be giving him a bad review on Yelp. He said he didn't care. I walked out! Very unhappy with manicure and treatment from staff/manager. Find somewhere else to go! read more

Did a bad job on my fill, bad job at reshaping and now my fingers look misshaped would not recommend

I'm not usually one to do this, but I simply can not stay silent. My mom, sister, and I have been going to this nail place for well over 6-7 years. Tonight my mom and I went to go get our nails and toes done before our vacation. With that being said I personally got a set with a design as well as toe polish changed, and my mom got a fill with a design and a pedicure. My nail design didn't even look like the picture I showed the lady and she started adding her own twist to the design which I did not ask for. My moms was the exact same way but when my mom asked the guy to look at the nail design she had on her phone, she asked quietly and he then proceeded to tell her no and that he had been doing nails for years, and didn't need to hear my moms input. Then while my mom was getting her nails done she then had asked quietly for the top/tips of her nails to be painted because the last time she went in all of the tips of her nails were white. The guy told her no, he normally doesn't do that and proceeded to tell my mom that she made him look bad in front of other customers, and that he's been doing nails for years. He then came back 5 minutes later and told my mom again that she made him look bad in front of other customers and that he lost a customer because she always complains, which this is the first time she's ever spoken up about something that wasn't right. He made her feel stupid and belittled her in front of other customers and staff. After all that happened it was time to pay and the pill was $173. What an outrageous bill. Everytime we go in and it's time to pay, they always seem to come up with a different price for the same thing we get every time. This is the last time we will ever go to this nail place which is so sad because they were fine up until about 2 years ago. I've noticed a change and when more people started to come to this nail place it then lead them into not wanting to take their time, and pretty much rush through the nails just to get money. We've been holding true to them but with today's incident we are now fully done. read more

I went to get my dipped nails soaked off and acrylics put on. The owner is very nice and friendly however, I was given to a male. He put on my nails and had to shorten them. Within 6 days they were lifting away from my actual nail and I had a spot near the side of a nail that looked like it was lifting. I went to the salon and the same male person clipped the real nail and then applied super glue to the tips. All that did was attach my fingertips to my nails. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I talk to know this. The owner is very nice and friendly but the job was SLOPPY! If I could give 1/2 star I would. read more

I got my toes done less than a week ago with gel nail polish and my pinky toe already is off

everything was fine until it came to my nails. I tried explaining what I wanted ended up getting a color I didn't want. Then we pay and they run out to our car and as for $30 more. Something things off and I didn't have a good experience. read more

The mani/pedi I got here was as good as the one I paid $100 for at Mario Tricoci, so I can only say good things about the quality of the work. HOWEVER, I haven't been able to go back since because it's IMPOSSIBLE to get in without waiting 45+ minutes. I work down the street, but I work 8-4 and I absolutely have never been able to get in after work. They also don't honor appointments, so if they get a rush 5 minutes before your appointment, you'll wait. Owners, please, I love your salon, but I really can't be a customer unless you keep your appointments! read more

Never coming back here again. I had an appt and waited 45 min. They started people who came in after me. The water in my foot bath was cold, lukewarm at most. I asked them not to shave off my calluses or scrub my feet, as I needed the calluses for dance, especially pointe. She didn't understand me and I told another employee. He then translated and she nodded like she understood. Then, she scrubbed the calluses off my feet. That will take me a few months to build back what I lost. I will NEVER be back. I would give 0 stars if possible. read more

Went to get my first gel manicure with my mom (also her first). We walked in, picked our colors and got started almost right away, without an appointment. The guy I had do mine was a little more personable than the girl doing my mom's, but both did an amazing job! Will be back for sure! read more

Not impressed. What they do in speciality pedicures is way overpriced. Other salons I have been at do much better than this place and are more Reasonably priced. read more

Not happy! Techs not knowledgeable about products they are using or services being offered. When I questioned the tech, all she could do was recite the script she obviously memorized. She also couldn't explain their methods of sanitation. I walked out before the service ever started!!! read more

This relatively new nail salon was super clean. All the staff were very friendly and easy to have a conversation with. Comfortable massage chairs. They had several types of pedicures and lots of color choices. I'll definitely be coming back! read more
