Tonight we decided to try them out for dinner and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, the meal was so good and they even had their newest offering of gelato for us to try (which was delicious)! The atmosphere at this little gem is so classy, yet cozy. I'm so glad that Malone has this wonderful cafe!

When you walk in they will direct you to a table with the menus on it. You can choose your seating and then when you're ready to order you head up to the counter- you pay right then and there too which is nice. The only thing that brought it from a 5 to a 3 is that the food was very bland. The toast doesn't come buttered...? It was interested because it doesn't specify if it's buttered toast on the menu but then it didn't come with butter on the side either. Also the scrambled eggs weren't seasoned with anything and there was nothing on the table to do it yourself. No salt, pepper, ketchup (this did come with the meal though), hot sauce or jam like you might see at other breakfast spots. The iced lattes though, very good! We had to get one to go as well. Overall I would say that the experience of being there was very nice but the food wasn't great.

The food is regular diner food but with a gigantic, funny, loveable smile. The owner, Sue (in case the name of the restaurant eluded you) is an amazing woman. You don't like something? She'll change it or fix it! You're having a rough day? She'll probably make you laugh or smile and then throw in a free coffee and slice of pie! I don't think the menu showcases her homemade donuts (and if they don't then haha too bad for you because they were delicious!) but the rest is pretty great home cooking. It's also affordable which is nice. If you're not into meatloaf, or house salads, homemade soups and all those other great things mom stopped making for you when you moved out and starting doing your own laundry - then this isn't the place for you! I would have given four stars had the restaurant already been listed on yelp. Unfortunately, as is custom with French-Canadian women (and men), social networking for business isn't necessary. They have enough friends and family to get by and then some! But this is a great start to getting the word out about a lovely little atmosphere and place to grab a bite! **Beware the coffee is terrible. Investment in purchasing a couple different brands, freshly grinding the beans and making a specialty house brand would be greatly beneficial! Mama Sue's Diner and Mama Sue's Coffee.

We then pay for this food and we're given no receipt because she simply walked away. She then continues to take over 15 minutes to make one grilled cheese and bagel bites. We couldn't figure out what was taking so long as we could see her, making it through the drive-through window. Meanwhile, we were charged $28 for two drinks, grilled cheese... more like charred cheese, We were supposed to get hashbrowns, but they were given to us. The girl was very very rude to us. We tried to have a friendly conversation asking how her day was but she was very rude and slammed the window. We finally get out to the parking lot. And we opened up the grilled cheese because we smelled this god-awful smell lingering from the grilled cheese box. When I open the lid, I saw a false identity of a grilled cheese. The smell was horrific. It didn't take a genius to find out what the inside contained. I finally opened it to review the true horror completely charcoal lit on fire piece of toast completely destroying the cheese on the inside I was so disturbed. The fact that I have been coming here as a loyal customer for months and they had the audacity. I understand having hard days, but this is just outrageous. I almost lost my appetite The horrific smell still lingers in my car days later. I even tried buying some odor spray. At smokers warehouse an amazing place with kind workers anyways my car now smells like trippy hippie, but it also smells like charred cheese left on the hibachi grill from noon till close. Truly the outmost gut wrenching feeling I can't even describe. I give this dunkin a 0/10 rating. Worst experience ever!!! They remade it and it was soggy and not toasted then slammed the window shut
