The place is tiny, nothing much to do here. Kids up to 3 can enjoy here. Price is expensive as compared to what you get.

I hadn't been to African Lion Safari since around 2005--or maybe even earlier--so my memory of it…read morewas completely different from what I saw this time. I was pleasantly surprised! I loved how it wasn't overcrowded with animals, and you can tell they're very careful about safety--everything is well-secured to prevent accidents or escapes. The lions... wow! Absolutely majestic. Honestly, all the animals looked happy and healthy, and it really felt like they were in their own element. The drive-through safari takes about an hour to an hour and a half if you take your time, but you can also go through in 30 minutes if you're just cruising. We didn't try the food, but there were lots of options available, plus a couple of gift shops. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be going back! Whether you're with kids, your partner, friends, or even going solo--it's such a fun and unique experience. If you're in or around Toronto, this place is a must-see!

The park is great, however, their website is broken, frustrating and just shit! I purchased 4…read moretickets as a Xmas gift. The website happily took my money, but the ticket download button is broken (nothing downloads). The receipt page says tickets would be emailed. Nothing was emailed. Very nice. I used their contact email and only then found out that the park staff are not available from December 19 to Jan 05! Very nice. Now I have nothing to give as gifts and will need to make a promissory note. Also very nice. Suggestion: Hire a student to design a website that works and is current. You can teach them something about the animals. Win, win!

Amazing, fun, and plain great…read more We didn't have any expectations, and were pleasantly surprised by the owner's dedication to the business - she's actually going an extra length to educate people about ostriches, by showing instructional videos and etc. In addition to the obvious, i.e ostriches, there are also exceptionally adorable bunnies (think the Easter bunny movie), little goats, chickens, ducks, guinea fowls and etc. Lots of space for the kids to run around and have fun. I highly recommend using the opportunity to eat ostrich meat - they serve steaks and little samplers, so come hungry. You can also buy raw meat to take home - I did, and loved it. Overall, I know we'd definitely be back.

Animal lovers rejoice: This place is so much fun - lots of friendly animals to pet (the goats are…read moreSUCH love bugs) and see, the ostriches are adorable, and they'll cook you up some ostrich or you can buy some meat to take home. I had a friend try an ostrich sausage and another tried the pierogi, while I bought meat to bring home. I was given cooking suggestions as well. Four adults spent the better part of five hours there. The land is spacious, colourful, cheerful, and well kept and it's a warm atmosphere. Yelena makes the tour very interactive and educational and asks you to make yourself at home roaming the open land away from the ostrich pens. She clearly cares about each animal as she can go through their stories to how they arrived on her farm and their personalities and history thus far (2018 is only their third year) on the farm, how they interact with her, with other people, and with other ostriches. I'll definitely be bringing more friends back here!

We made this…read moreour very first stop after breakfast, and even though we arrived early, it was already buzzing with people and honestly, I totally see why. The experience was phenomenal. Absolutely immersive. The massive tanks showing how communities of fish live together are impressive, but the Dangerous Lagoon is the crown jewel. There is a slow-moving treadmill through the tunnel pro tip: just stay on it and look up. Seeing the sharks and rays glide over you is a core memory. Staff & Service: Top-notch. The staff is not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. They are very proactive about animal welfare, constantly reminding the crowd to turn off their flashes to protect the creatures. Educational Value: We caught two of the diver shows where they feed the animals. It's amazing to hear them talk about sustainability and how our daily decisions impact these animals' lives for years to come. Crowd: It gets crowded fast! Even as early birds, we weren't alone. However, the layout is so well-organized that the flow of people keeps moving. Food & Amenities: After the shark tunnel, there's a convenient coffee shop and washrooms located in the basement. It's the perfect spot to take a breather. Transportation: Location couldn't be better. It's incredibly accessible you can easily walk if you're downtown, or take the bus/train (TTC) to Union Station. It's right in the heart of the action. Cost: Definitely worth the price of admission for the quality of the exhibits and the message of conservation they share. I got my pass with Citypass. Bottom Line: Whether you are a solo traveler or with a group, this is a 10/10 experience. Don't forget to skip the flash and enjoy the view

Going in…read moreas a cynic of aquariums and have seen the likes of the Beijing and Singaporean facilities and Monterey Bay , I wanted to ensure animals were kept in healthy environments and also really had good positive learning experiences for children to promote a respect and wonder of the marine and freshwater systems around us. That said, I was really happily surprised by our Toronto aquarium offering! First off, staff were incredibly friendly and seemed happy to be there working and interfacing with the crowds. Was great to experience it and made lineups much easier to digest. We opted to partake in the stingray experience which was fantastic in our opinion. Detailed behind the scenes tour, along with meeting more behind the scene staffers was great and even my 8 yr old enjoyed it (Emily was a great guide!) The stingray experience itself was great and you are treatly extra special by staff. Our diver and feeder was AJ who was patient, accommodating and super Informative . Groups are small which is also a major plus. Our group of 4 had plenty of 1:1 time with the trainer and the stingrays were very curious and friendly and even seemed to splashing hello when we entered their environment. We were even given souvenir bags and towels and received 100+ downloadable digital images a spart of the package. Meal options on site were reasonably priced which was a nice surprise considering just next door at the ballpark we would easily be charged double for similar. We will definitely be going again and taking visitors from our of town there in the future!f
