Twin Trees continues to be a good take out option though I find their prices to be higher than other nearby competitors. They have coupons in the Clipper but they never seem to be applicable to our orders. We had guests ordering and the consensus was Twin Trees was the best option. This was a pick up order and was ready on time, they have also been very efficient in delivering previous orders. I have not dined in as of yet. The pizza was good, wings were saucey and cooked to our liking. I really liked the packaging and presentation of the Antipasto salad, Italian dressing packets provided. This place always hits it out of the park! Though it seems that they were a little short staffed, the bartender assisted the server so that everything ran smoothly. Pure professionals. When we go to twin trees, we look forward to having a pizza and an antipasto. They never disappoint. The antipasto was full of meats and cheeses, olives, and peppers with a side dressing of your choice. We chose the Italian. Everything was fresh and delicious. Next came the veggielicious pizza, served piping hot with plenty of vegetable toppings and cheeses. Pizza is a matter of taste. Twin trees pizza is not your usual pizza. The crust is thick and it is cut into rectangular slices. It is always a treat. The staff friendliness is part of what makes this dining experience enjoyable. Twin Trees is always a "must" stop when I come home to visit. Everything from their kind service and one of a kind pizza slicing makes this place special. We ordered out on Mother's Day during COVID-19 and while the phones were busy for a bit their service was top notch! When we arrived someone greeted me at the door and like a perfect little air traffic controller directed me and the other customers where to stand and when to move to the next spot. The line moved quickly and they made sure every order was correct. I was about to add some last minute cheese cake to my order when I changed my mind. I explained to the girl behind the counter that I had been dying for some real N.Y. cheesecake while I was home and had been having trouble finding some. She very kindly offered my a free piece. It was delicious! If there was one flaw it would be the wings, they were so overcooked the meat had almost evaporated and the sauce was non-existent. We even asked them to pull the early so as not to be too crispy. We let it slide this time because we knew there were incredibly overwhelmed due to Mothers Day orders. So my experience was fantastic here. I was super excited that they do a lunch buffet on Friday. I actually did a happy dance at work and my coworkers laughed. Since I am literally a couple hundred feet away, it is the perfect place for lunch. I haven't been able to try them out before this review. This was due to the fact that they sold whole pies and I never buy a whole pie before I try a slice. This buffet was the perfect way to try their food. There is plenty of seating and you will have a server help you during your entire meal(don't forget to tip!). Once you get your seat you can go over to their buffet. It's not a huge buffet, but it has some really good stuff. I had many slices of cheese, pep, and sausage. I also had some pasta with vodka sauce, which was fantastic. I didn't try the soup or salad, but that was due to not wanting to waste stomach space. Everything tasted absolutely delicious. The slices were cut narrow which I can appreciate. This allows you to try lots of different kinds and not get full to fast. So why did I not give a 5 star? There are a couple of reasons, none of which are too crazy. The first was the price. For the buffet, soda, and tip...I paid about 15 bucks. That's quite a bit for a lunch. I think if the soda was included, that would help. The other much smaller issue was that I think they should have some sort of small dessert item. Like maybe a dessert pizza or cheap pie. I highly recommend the lunch buffet guys! read more

When we arrived to pick it up we questioned why it was so quiet in the restaurant. They explained they close at 9. The pizza here is great, but be prepared if you haven't had one yet. Firstly, they put all the toppings UNDER the cheese which leads to toppings that you would like browned crispy to be soggy. Also, they cut the (round) pizza oddly into strips?? To get your best pizza you have to specify toppings on TOP of the cheese, and that you want it PIE CUT. Other than pizza though, not much here is very good. It's all just cooked/fried stuff off of a SYSCO truck. Fantastic place.. we drove 45mins to come here because my son had the pizza at the NY State Fair and loved it. I had no idea they sold other food. I got chicken broccoli Alfredo my fiancé got a chicken Reggie's our meals came with salad bar which was great and my son got cheese pizza medium. Our server Maureen was fantastic super nice and had humor.. and Rylan (sorry if spelled wrong) was very good too. Wait staff was very pleasant however an Italian restaurant that does not have Italian bread is ridiculous. Ordered the linguine with white clam sauce and roasted red peppers was served in the sauce and not advertised on the menu. Can't stand peppers in a white sauce. Ate 3 forks of the meal and gave up as it was to sweet. Only solution was to wait 20 minutes for a refire or $5.00 off the meal. Wasn't going to have my company wait as they already received their meal and were about finished. I do not recommend coming for a meal however would recommend the friendly staff!!! I've had 4 experiences with Twin Trees. (3 take out and 1 dine in). Overall I think the food is okay. The pizza is generally pretty good, but last time we picked it up, the pizza sauce was pretty much non existent. Made it taste like bread and cheese. We've tried wings twice and both times, even after ordering them extra crispy, are flappy and the "hot" is not even spicy enough to be considered mild. Service is just okay. They take your order, bring your drink and bring out the food. But water refills and general attending to is lacking. I want to like twin trees because the first experience I had with their pizza, at a work meeting, was excellent, but I haven't had that experience since. The restaurant and bar area is pretty dark and the overall vibe is more bar than restaurant. I will probably order pizza from Twin Trees once more to see if I can get that great first experience again. If it doesn't match, I'll go elsewhere for pizza. read more

On Halloween I pre-ordered at 2pm for 5pm. Get there about 10 after because I knew it would be busy. I still had to wait almost an hour for my food. I had to ask several times what was going on. A guy who had said he placed his pre-order at 230 got his food 40minutes before me and was given a full refund and a $15 credit for next time for the inconvenience. I was only given a 2liter of soda. I had a $40 order and he had one little small box! Not only was I treated unfairly and different from this man, you guys put an order that was after mine, BEFORE MINE! Pizza was lukewarm and garlic bread did not even arrive, though I was charged the full amount that I was quoted on the phone (after the girl read my order back to me perfectly). We have been going to the Original Twin Trees on Avery Ave. for many years. Tonight, they were closed and we ordered from this store. We had heard they were exactly the same. I am here to say this is SO NOT THE CASE. The pizza was awful! The sauce was way overpowering. We always get the same toppings, sausage, onions and peppers. I had 2 slices. There was no sausage on the first piece and 3 small pieces on the second. And there had to be 1/4 cup of peppers on each piece. I paid the same amount for both toppings so why the big difference? We will not be visiting the Liverpool store. We order out frequently but will be avoiding this place. read more

I ordered a large pizza and 2 salads with crumbly blue on 11/19/21. When I opened the salads I was disgusted to find brown lettuce and cucumbers that were actually slimy they were so "off"! They went directly into the garbage. We don't order out very often and when I checked the receipt I was amazed to see there is a 2.99% fee for using a credit card (in my world you don't burden a delivery driver with cash transactions). On top of that, I was charged an insurance fee of $2, driver's gas fee of $1, a service charge of $3 and a convenience fee of .97....I'm not even sure what those last two are! You can't blame the driver for poor quality control so I tipped him $6.00. We have loved Twin Trees pizza at TTII on Milton Avenue and TT in North Syracuse for years but the pizza itself wasn't even as good as the other two locations. I tried to contact the management through TTII (no one was answering the phone on Rt. 57 and I know these two restaurants are run by members of the same branch of the family)...someone took a message but I have not received a call back as requested. My suggestion would be to make a notification on their website that there is a charge for using a credit card and, for heaven's sake, check the quality of the food before it goes out the door....those salads must have been in the refrigerator for well over a week! The upshot? I paid $45 for a mediocre pizza and two containers of garbage. We won't be using the Route 57 Twin Trees again. read more

What a pathetic dining experience at Twin Trees 57. It's a Friday night at 6:30 and there's an average number of diners, we were seated immediately We ordered a Michelob light and a Corona. The waitress returns and says we don't have Michelob light. So I order a Heineken that was obviously stored under someone's armpit because it was beyond warm when it was delivered. We're told they are out of fried haddock but they have broiled haddock. (How you have one without the other is beyond me). So we order 2 broiled haddock dinners. Waitress comes back - sorry we only have one broiled haddock left. So we order a sandwich item and one broiled haddock. The manager stops at our table a few minutes later and we assume he's going to offer us a round of drinks for the inconvenience. Nope he's there to tell us that the last broiled haddock was already served so what's your other choice? So I order a salad and fried calamari. I ask him if my husband's order is in. He says yes. The Manager says I'm welcome to hit the salad bar instead of waiting for a prepared salad and tells my husband that he's welcome to have the salad bar also. So we go to the salad bar but guess what? There is only one plate which means only one of us can have a salad. Oh wait ... the salad bar is completely empty and except for a tub of romaine lettuce, some shredded carrots and about five dressings. No tomatoes no cucumbers.....So I take my plate of lettuce back to the table where my order of fried rubber bands disguised as calamari awaits me. My husband doesn't have his meal yet. After forcing down three of the calamari (that were obviously poured out of a bag and dropped in a fryer) I send them back. About a half hour later my husband received his meal. I'd finished my salad already. So much for dining together. We ordered another round of drinks and at least this time they were cold. We got our check for all items except for the calamari. I have no complaints about our server but it's extremely disappointing that the manager did nothing to compensate for a terrible experience. He didn't apologize nor did he offer to comp our meal or drinks. That will be my last visit to twin trees in Liverpool read more

Last evening I attended a Christmas get together at Twin Trees. 33 ladies. Starting with Lori at the bar, the evening was fantastic. Our tables were decorated so pretty.Christmas spirit all around.Our waitress was Ryalyn. We all ordered off the menu with individual checks She handled all of us efficiently and was very friendly. Great for delivering food. They usually tell you it will take about an hour and a half but it rarely ever does. Grilled wings are great and so are the fries. Their pizza is among the best in the area. Unfortunately, their website to this location (see page info) doesn't work and I had to look at a different Twin Trees location to make an order. For some unknown reason the girl who answered the phone told me that they don't offer the "mixed basket" appetizer which is offered at the other location(s) but not this one? A party of 24 went to Twin Trees on a Sunday afternoon. The waitress came around and took all drink and food orders. She wrote these all down. When it came time to deliver the food, the waitresses stood at the end of the table and yelled "who has the merlot, who has the coke, etc. " Then the food came. same thing. Who has the chicken, who has the lasagna, etc. etc. How very unprofessional. I never went to a restaurant where our drinks and dinner were yelled across the room.
