This Memorial Day the ladies at twin peaks were supporting our troops with a honorable outfit. To recognize the troops they covered the outside of the restaurant with camo hunting netting. After catching All Eyez On Me, I decided to come here for a not-so late night snack and drink. The place was packed as it was a Friday night, but I didn't mind. The lovely Cheyenne appeared to take my order of boneless classic wings and a Dr Pepper. I really approve of the wings. They're tender, filling, and just the right amount for one person. The accompanying celery was fresh and crunchy. I ran out of ranch dressing by the end of my meal. I have never had an issue with the little girl waitresses until today! We had Saphryn, I don't remember how to spell her weird name. She was fine while we were dining and the food was great. But as we were packing up to leave, she was making rude comments to her coworkers and pointing and rolling her eyes. She even made a comment as we were leaving and I confronted her. She backed down until I turned away and then she made a rude comment behind my back. I turned back around and confronted again. e ordered takeout from Twin Peaks and the results were horrendous. First, we ordered two T-bone steaks that, according to the menu, came with pre-determined sides. We got the steaks, but no sides. Secondly, the steaks we received were much cheaper sirloins that were on the menu and not the more expensive T-bone. The difference in cost was $8 per steak, so it was $18 for the whole meal, plus the missing sides for both steaks. Additionally, we were shorted a soup. We tried to call to get our sides and maybe get a credit for getting the cheap steaks, but nobody ever answered their phone even though they were still open for another hour. We called Door Dash, and they refused to assist us, claiming the restaurant had to respond, and they would call us back. Nobody ever called us. I can't say much about the decor, and maybe that's why people go there, but if you're truly wanting to eat good food, it's only average here, and it's very likely going to have mistakes. I will say their candied bacon appetizer was amazing. I could have eaten 12 orders of it all by itself! Overall, I would eat there again if it were the only place open, but I'm going to be fuming over the steak switch for awhile. It had to be intentional. It's too easy if a city to tell the difference. There weren't bones in our TBones. It was the difference of over 8 bucks PER STEAK! Yeah. I'm still a little hung up on it. read more

I ordered a beer and a Hawaiian Flatbread. 15 minutes later the flatbread arrives but still no beer which took another 5 minutes! Consistent with problems in the kitchen the flatbread was missing key ingredients, honey and onions. I've ordered the parmesan garlic wings 6 times over the last 2 months and each time they were different or had no parmesan or garlic. Twin peaks is like Hooters, but located inside a "hunting lodge" and with even less clothing. Let's just say it's not usually my type of place - in fact I only went because the Steak 'n Shake next door was too crowded, and my friends and I were very hungry. That being said, the food is actually pretty enjoyable, if the objectification of women going on around you doesn't turn your stomach. Loaded tots, nachos, chicken tenders, and quesadillas were all very flavorful, and portion sizes were pretty good. I was especially impressed by the sheer amount of ingredients they were able to pack onto the double stacked nachos. This place feels like a hunting lodge in the middle of the woods/mountains, complete with hunting trophies on the walls. There were also quite a few flies flying around. I mean, guys, I appreciate your commitment to atmosphere, but maybe the flies are a bit too much? Food is a solid 4 stars, minus one star overall for less-than-optimal pest control and for offending my delicate liberal feminist sensibilities. read more

However, the service at the Webster location seems particularly superlative. We especially appreciate it when Kennedy Spencer is our waitress.
