The chicken fried chicken was really good, the chicken was juicy and flavorful, the mashed potatoes were nice and fluffy...I was shocked. The Quesobirria tacos were also good, tons of flavor and plenty of cheese. The triple play was decent, the avocado smash was the best thing on the plate there. The cheesecake though, ABSOLUTELY STUNNIN! Good flavor, good texture and whatever sauce it was swimming in, perfection. The service, started off really good but our waitress disappeared and others were filling in for her but didn't clear the dirty dishes, so the dirty dishes were piled up and they served dessert with dirty dishes still crowding the table. We are not eating, so this review is only for cold refreshments and ballgames. This place gets super packed during football season, and you generally receive great service from the waitstaff here. I have traveled across country multiple times, and have stopped at Twin Peaks on several occasions. I have found them to be friendly, fun, warm, and on top of it when it comes to service. However, my visit to this particular Twin Peaks fell short. For starters, when I walked in the girl at the front desk was on her phone. And almost made it feel like I was interrupting her by wanting to get a seat. I told her I had a friend coming and would be about 5 minutes. There were multiple tables. Actually two full sections that she said she couldn't seat me in because they didn't have servers for those areas. I get it, I used to be a server so we ended up past the bar towards the back. My friend showed up cuz he said he was looking for me, and said why are we sitting inside. We should sit on the patio I said. Sure let's go. So we went back to the front where the girl was on the phone again, and my buddy said can we sit on the patio? We looked out to the patio and there was only one table seating sitting there. She said no because she just sat somewhere and didn't want to "overload" the server. She said if we wanted to wait a few minutes, she would sit us out there. Now my friend who had gotten there right about the same time I had and went looking for me said those people had been sitting out there for a little bit, and thought it was odd that they wouldn't sit us out there since there was only one table that had customers. That seemed very odd and very strange to me. So we go back to the table that we originally had, and waited for a few moments. Our waitress finally came up to the table and asked if we wanted drinks and I said actually could. We have some menus and she went and got us minus. Now. I have been a host at restaurants before and know full well that you bring the menus to the table when you seat someone. That did not happen. Our server was fine, she was somewhat friendly, stayed on top of our drinks, and brought the food in a pretty timely fashion. Had it not been for her, I would have probably given this place to Stars. Usually restaurants try to make you feel like you're at home, in a lot of ways. This one made me feel like I was an imposition. I don't know if I'll come back to this particular twin Peaks again. Bottom line? This is a solid three for me. I think management could do a lot better instructing the people how to be warm and welcoming and inviting people in to have a great dining experience rather than just relying on the skimpy outfits and happy hour specials. So on this one I'm going to have to say your mileage may vary. read more

Went to Twin Peaks on the first football Sunday of the season! The football vibes were there!! They open at 9am and have a brunch menu that you can't find on their website!! I was so wrapped up in the games and atmosphere that I forgot to take a picture of the surprisingly delicious brisket breakfast tacos I got! I loved that they brought out the juice (pineapple or orange) in a separate glass from the champagne for my mimosa...it's the little things! Our service was good, our waitress did her best checking in - there were so many groups of course and a lot of tables! Get there early and grab a spot, usually between games is when availability opens up if you aren't there when it opens! I'm not normally a fan of Twin Peaks but we got invited for the games and glad we went!! read more

The hostess was very nice as we found my seat. My server was just as nice. I pretty much knew what I was going to have. I got the Texas style Philly. Basically has jalapeños which gives it some kick. The person that brought me my food was like a ninja. Didnt even know whe was there. The sandwich was big with a lot on it. So big I took to it with my fork like eating a open faced sandwich. The cheese sauce with the onions really complimented each other. The fries were ok but felt they were over seasoned. With all of the tvs they had too many on the raiders. I understand the raiders are the city team, but they are so bad you could have had a couple more tvs dedicated to different games. All in all a nice Lunch. read more

We have never been here before... it is a chain, but wanted to try it for awhile. Came in on a Sunday, we knew there was no happy hour, but we thought the prices were pretty decent. They have a 4.99 light lager 22oz....a steal this day and age. We both ordered that and decided on some brisket tacos and a tikka masala type flatbread. Beers came out at 29 degrees...freezing Cold with ice cold mugs...impressive on a hot summer day. The food came out and it was really good. The brisket tacos are a definite must revisit...came with really thin tortilla chips...we loved this. The tikka flatbread was unique and quite good as well, I told this to our server who then informed us this item was going away....sad face! Oh well, I can just try some different items on the menu in place of it. The inside was very cool and a huge venue full of a collage of taxidermy. You feel like you are in some wildlife lodge in the boonies...I thought it was hilarious. Will be back for their happy hour and soon to be football menu....TVs galore...looks like a sports watching fiesta for those who love sports. We arrived after 10 pm, and they had happy hour deals on some food and drink items. The decor includes a lot of taxidermy animals mounted on the walls, do if that's not your thing, you might not enjoy the vibe. On the plus side, there are bog TVs all around, making it a great spot for watching games. The service was good and our server checked in on us multiple times. Sad to see the prices increasing and the size of the food decreasing at the same time. My favorite dish of Chipotle chicken just arrived with a very small and thin partial chicken breast, now priced at $15.49 and used to be $12.99 not too long ago. We had a company gathering here and had a good time. The venue was large and spacious. The service was slow but once our waitress arrived she was efficient and friendly. Food were better than we expected. I was expecting small portion fried food type of bar food but I ordered a full rack of ribs that were soft and moist. My wife ordered sirloin steak with mashed potato and broccoli. The broccoli was a bit undercooked but the steak and mashed were good. The rest of the crew ordered Quesabirria tacos, chicken nachos, sweet potato fries and grilled trout. They all looked delicious! My cousin was in town and after running around we decided to grab a burger and a drink. We were greeted right away and sat immediately by the hostess. Once seated our server came by pretty quick to get our drink order. Drinks came out fast and we were ready to order. Then the menu was taken away and no food order was taken, just walked away with it. New bartender came on and it took another 20 minutes to get a menu again. We were looking for a - Ala "food court" place with outside seating, dog friendly. We ended up here after I spotted BJ's in the parking lot so we turned in Then I spotted the Twin Peaks. I know BJ's but I've not been into Twin Peaks, they're here. We found our patio and settled for sitting inside with an open view of the...well street. It felt outsideish with air conditioning Our Food server was good, an easy lunch shift she didn't miss a beat in quick service or friendliness. The menu has a little bit of something for you. We started with the hand breaded sliced dill pickles and jalapeños fried, served with ranch dressing. M ordered the Italian flatbread pizza and I got the Cobb salad. The fried pickles were okay once is enough for me. The Salad was very good, hot freshly cooked diced chicken, a good amount of avocado, fresh greens with plenty of blue cheese dressing on the side, perfect. It was a good combination to share. We'll bring a bit home for later. My Iced tea was cloudy a sign that it was probably yesterday's iced tea but I managed. Flat screens are hung where ever there is space it seems, certainly seen from any angle. Our lunch was a bit quite with each of us taking turns on what we were seeing and laughing at Sports Bars are on every block it seems but this one stands out as having the best peaks. Did not have a great time... It was easy getting seated despite it being busy with a football game. Our waitress kept disappearing. She took our drink orders, disappeared for a while, then took ONE of our food orders and immediately walked off. I had to wait over 15 minutes just to order my own food while my friend was already eating his. Felt awkward just drinking water while my friend was having his food. Finally flagged her down after her walking past multiple times and ordered. The wait time on food and drinks were not great. Drinks took a while, despite just being bottled beers. No lime in the beers. The tequila sunrise I ordered barely had any liquor in it... it was mostly ice. Fish and chips were okay. Will not return. read more

We visit here often and always receive excellent customer service. Today, we came to watch the boxing fights, but when we arrived, only UFC was playing. Later, the manager noticed we were watching the fights on our phones and kindly offered to switch the TV to boxing for us--such great customer service! It's the little things that make a big difference. The deals are fantastic, and the atmosphere is always enjoyable. I absolutely love the Nashville hot wings here! Just went to watch the UFC fight tonight like we typically do on Saturdays cause we enjoy the atmosphere, food and the services.. Well Tonight was not that night for us . It was freezing cold where we sat at by the kitchen area, Our server took forever seeing us and getting our waters, took 20mins to receive our food which was very good and I ask for a side of ranch which took over 10mins to get and by then my fries were practically gone. My husband orders a beer that took forever for her to get as well. The whole time she was paying attention to two booth than we're across from us the whole time and checking in on them constantly and checked in on us a total for four time.. the last thing my husband was craving for was a side of Mac n cheese that took 30mins to come out and it was freezing cold! We grabbed one of the waiters(guy) and told him take this back. After that we waited and waited and waited (20mins) for our waiters to come over and mentioned oh no your mac ! And I stopped her and said we just sent it back it was freezing cold and to take it off the bill. Took her another 15mins to come back with our check. Was disappointed this time around as we were not checked in with like how the other girls always do with their customers. She only paid attention to her favorites and not anyone else. Daytime crew, it was awesome. They took care of the customer. The nighttime or swing shift crew came in, Jackie and Carolyn, and they both were horrific. The manager was clueless when we asked him a question about local TV channels on Thursday night, when we had multiple football games going on. Then, when I asked the bartender, Jackie, she did not know or gave us an unresponsive answer. Answer I inquired with the manager who also did not know. But he did his research. Then the bartender, Jacqueline, started ignoring a paying customer along with Caroline. It took us several hours to get their attention. Ambiance: Imagine a Hooters establishment on steroids. The servers (all women) are in lingerie (cleavage and butt cheeks out). First impression/set up: Arrived and could literally count how many female customers were here. It is a very male customer dominated establishment. The service is slow, menu is accessible through QR code. However, they keep the happy hour menu on all tables even during the weekends- yet happy hour is only Monday-Friday (so why are the happy menus on all the tables during a weekend?) Tried the $5/glads champagne (New Year's Eve special) and the double stacked chicken nachos (enough to share). My order: The champagne was served in a wine glass. Decent pour. The double stacked chicken nachos had beans, cheese, salsa, pickled jalapeños and huge chunks of chicken (maybe 4 chunks total). Nachos were decent. Overall: our server was overwhelmed, inattentive, had to ask her to remove several used dishes/trays from the table. When asking for condiments she forgot but would come to table to "check in" then abruptly leave, before we could remind her of request. I would not return to this establishment. It seems the servers are overwhelmed and possibly uncomfortable in their "uniforms." I will note that the temperature inside is quite warm as well (likely to accommodate the servers). read more

What a great experience! My boss loves Twin Peaks, so we decided to take him out to lunch for his birthday. Immediately upon entering and seeing the staff, we knew the primary reason he likes it so much. *wink* And although that's certainly one of the appeals of Twin Peaks, they had so much more to offer! The entire place, including restrooms, was spotlessly clean. Sports lovers, you would absolutely love it here. Multiple TVs surround the entire place with every game you can think of playing. Even with our group of 12 people, the hostesses sat us immediately, and our server wasted no time in getting to our table to get our drinks. Which btw, they serve some of the coldest beer you can find! They even display the temperature of their beer for all to see. They have a very expansive menu with lots of options. Our food orders were fulfilling quickly, and everything was accurate. Which can be hard with a group that size. I ordered the salmon, and I thought it was perfect! Well cooked and seasoned. Although there were a few in our group that complained of their food being too salty or too spicy. And looking at someone's beef nachos, they looked very dry (barely any cheese). Been here quite a few times before so I'm pretty confident with my review on this one. Every time my brother and I have came it's been the same, it's expected at this point if I go. Service isn't good but I do like their wings and flavors so I still come on occasion. That's literally the only reason I go. It beats some of the other chain wing spots I've tried by far so I just endure it. The bar does a pretty decent job with the drinks, I'd say only a couple times I've had drinks that weren't that great. Usually I try to find an excuse for the server if the service just isn't there once in a while but they aren't slammed and understaffed anytime I go in here. Every time I look around there's just no server, anywhere. Takes forever to get greeted unless someones actually standing at the front when you walk in, Takes forever to get your food and refills. If you're lucky they check on you once in the time you eat to see if you need anything. Couple times I even had to grab one of the other servers to get some ranch or something. Besides the service I do really like their wings and appetizers. I'd rate higher if the service was there, that's the only thing I can say is lacking. read more
