On July 1, 16 we had our own little tornado that took down four trees on our property along ripping…read morethe top out of a fifth tree. Four trees fell between our house and a small creek about ten feet away from the house. One tree was about 50' tall and it pancaked on two additional trees with the top of all three landing on our deck. The removal looked impossible without one or more of the trees ending up in the creek. Jeff Campbell gave the lowest estimate and arrived on time with a full crew ready to go. The equipment included a crane, a chipper, a skid loader (with clamp jaws), and a dump truck. They did a great job and finished in record time. They thoroughly cleaned up all the debris and caused no damage to the yard. Thank you to the Campbell Team!!!

Took a couple weeks to get them out here from when I was given their quote (estimator took down incorrect email address initially and then we were traveling when they first scheduled the work so had to reschedule) Got here on the agreed upon date and completed all the work quickly and professionally and raked up all the small branches, leaves etc. Was very happy that when asked they worked around some new topsoil and grass seed that had been put down in the interim. Price was very reasonable and the estimator gave helpful advice on some other tree work I was considering. Would highly recommend and will use them again if needed.

I recently hired this company for tree removal services, and unfortunately, the experience fell…read morewell below my expectations. While the primary work was mostly completed, the overall job felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. My property was left with noticeable damage, which I have documented with photos and sent to management. I understand that tree removal can involve some risk, but what was most disappointing was how this was handled or rather, not handled at all. At no point did the crew inform me that anything had been damaged. I only discovered the issues afterward, which came across as both unprofessional and avoidable. This lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. In addition, several heavy items in my yard were moved during the process and not returned to their original positions, creating unnecessary inconvenience. There was also a very large branch that was cut and fell a few days later that was not removed during the work completed. This could have fallen on my small child or dog. These details may seem minor, but they reflect a larger issue: the job was completed in a sloppy and careless manner, without the level of thoroughness I expected. I did bring these concerns to management/owner (Matt) but the response I received was dismissive and did not show a genuine willingness to address the damage or take accountability. Offering to trim a damaged plant was not an acceptable resolution and then stating "it should help the plant" show lack on my concern. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. There are many other companies to choose from and I would recommend picking a different one.

I have to express my gratitude for Mitsdarfer Tree Brothers team and the incredible work they…read morerecently did for us. Their team was kind, gracious, hardworking, courteous, and offered an extremely fair price. They provided us with an initial quote, on the spot, to remove a few unsafe trees near our home. After giving us our initial quote, a storm caused a large oak to fall in our front yard, taking out three additional trees. They came out immediately to assess the situation, added the extra work to the job, and returned the very next day to complete the ENTIRE job. It was amazing to see their crew remove 12 trees in a single day. Their new equipment removed the trees easily and left our large front yard remarkably neat and clean after everything was complete. We truly appreciate the hard work and care their team put into this job. Their pricing is unbeatable, and we fully plan to work with them again in the future.

The crew showed up on time at the agreed upon date. This vendor had previously done work for me with no problems on a prior job and I was expecting everything to go smoothly. I even referred them to my neighbor who hired them for some additional work to be done while they were onsite at my house. Unfortunately, there was a disagreement about what 2 large branches were supposed to be trimmed on a large oak tree. I did not get the work done that I had agreed upon with Jordan. I needed a large branch removed that was in danger of falling on my neighbor's shed. That had been discussed at length with Jordan and was the primary reason for the job. A different and much smaller branch was removed instead. Stump grinding was part of the job and that part was completed as agreed. The stump grinding equipment was left in my neighbor's driveway and a truck came to pick it up. The truck drove across my lawn. This was really not necessary since the equipment was parked in a driveway and easily accessible without driving across my lawn. This is not a big deal for me (my lawn is ok) but some folks do get upset about this stuff. Misunderstandings about which branches were to be trimmed can happen. However, I don't feel that they really cared to try and resolve the issue with a reasonable compromise in good faith. Poor attitude. I paid them in full for taking down a different branch and will now have to hire another vendor to finish the job. This vendor is no longer welcome on my property. If you do use this vendor, make sure you get each branch clearly marked.
