However, we did buy a copper finished light pendant from Natalie for $137.00. At time of purchase she opened the top of the box so we could confirm it was the pendant we had chosen. Before assembly, my husband opened the box and a unique little screw and loop was missing and the cord was frayed. We immediately called Natalie and she said we were a couple of days past purchase date. She would not swap it out or even give us a stored credit. She got me to send all sorts of pictures on March 8 and said she would research to see if the manufacturer would take it back and would call us back in a couple of days. So... never heard back from Natalie, so my husband spent a lot of time looking for the special screw and top loop and spent over $40 on parts to rewire the pendant. Thank goodness we did not spend thousands of $ on tile from them. I'm supposing if some tile were to break during shipment, they would not consider it their problem. Not a good way to run a business!

Century Flooring came up first and even though there was only one review at the time, the pictures of the completed floors were as a thousand words! Unbelievably stunning. I called and spoke with Franky Fofiu, owner of the company. He came out the next day and gave me his estimate. I hired him on the spot. Two days later, he and his employee, Albert, showed up and went to work. 8 hours later, a masterpiece had been installed (2 bedrooms). The finished job exceeded our expectations. It was unbelievably gorgeous - perfect in every way. We couldn't be happier. They treated our home as if it were theirs. We can't thank them enough. Anyone we know who is thinking about hardwood installation will get Century Flooring's name and number. I doubt that there would be any who could do a better job. The Wow Factor will be enjoyed for years to come!.

Our second project with Ryan was installing a dock section, grading the shoreline and adding rip rap rock to protect our shoreline. The project came out great. When weather was forecast to move in, Ryan was able to bring in more staff to get the job done early and beat the storms. He is a master at operating the excavator and maintains his up to date equipment very well. I highly recommend Mulch & More!

They are some what friendly long enough to get you to trust them. I talked the the owner three days ago wanting unclean top soil, didn't have any. To make it his driver was there too, the owner said he had a place on his land he the driver could get good unclean soil. His quote was it is almost as good as top soil,best dirt in roane co. They lied big time, very deceiving people with a smile. Dirt came yesterday,looked like clumps of dirt, right after dumping he left and I went to look at the dirt. I have never in my life been so angry,I ordered 10 yards it 7 or less that I got. The worst part there is less than a yard of dirt, the rest is nothing but rock, useless to me, they new I didn't want rock. I'm stuck with it holding my project up for months. If anyone deals with these people get it ALL in writing, because they are very deceiving and great liars,taught by the devil himself.
