He came over that afternoon and helped make a temporary 'catchment' to catch and direct the leakage to a floor drain. That was Friday On Saturday, he called to tell us that he had found a replacement cistern, 'though it was larger than the existing one. We agreed to use it. Monday, Fred and his crew arrived to remove the existing cistern and replace with the new one. the estimate was that that would be done by Monday evening and they would return Tuesday to do the plumbing interface, Getting the old tank out and the new in was an exercise in adaptive geometry! They succeeded, and by Monday evening had completely restored the system to use! I can recommend WW+ without reservation if you need Well/cistern/delivery system help. I actually am a 'rocket scientist' and could not have done the job at all, let alone so well!

I wish I could give this company a lower rating. I speak to people in a polite and professional…read moremanner. And these guys can't handle it. After walking on eggs to get them to install carpet for my non-profit in January, 5 months later the carpet is already buckling and wrinkling. Though I didn't buy the carpet from him he told me that it was really good quality. Now when I ask him to fix the install his wife tells me one thing and he gives me nothing but attitude. "Yeah, I'll get to it." Then when I remind him how much money we paid him and I have a right to be angry he tells me to go ahead and sue. Then "Fuck you Bitch! Now I'm not going to do it at all!" What a piece of work! And they call themselves JP because "Jesus Provides." I couldn't agree more but these people, in this instance are not showing Christian ethics or morality. Of course, this is just my opinion, but a picture is worth a thousand words.

If you reside in Trinidad and need a major appliance repaired, you are stuck with this business,…read moreunless a new business has become available since I posted the review. Joe is pleasant enough and competent but this is one of the most mercenary businesses I have done business with. Just to make a diagnostic appointment, it is necessary to pre-pay $112.00. After payment is received then they will make an appointment for a service call. Then you discover they added $25.00 fee on to your pre-payment for using a credit card. After a 15 minute service call, we were advised parts would need to be ordered. Must wait while they research part availability and cost. Then we received a text messsge advising the amount of the parts, the shipping and the tax. Again, payment must be made prior to the order for the parts and you will find another $25.00 charge for using a credit card. We waited over 2 weeks until we were advised that the parts had arrived so then another service call appointment had to be made. After the parts were installed we were advised the parts had a one year warranty but the labor was warrantied for only 30 days. They NEVER answer their business phone. If you try to leave a message, you are advised their voice mailbox is full. We only communicated by text messages. This equated to us having a dysfunctional appliance for 3 1/2 weeks. Having the part numbers available, I researched the retail price of the parts. I learned, I could have ordered the parts myself for less than 1/2 of what I was charged. That means, Joe buys the parts at wholesale price, then doubles the retail price, adds his credit card use fee, plus shipping and then adds tax for Trinidad. Never mind I live outside the city limits and do not receive Trinidad services, yet I was charged Trinidad sales tax. Unfortunately I no longer have the dexterity or strength to do-it-myself. For future reference, should I need appliance services in the future, I will seek service from Raton New Mexico or Pueblo Colorado even though it will probably mean additional travel distance fees. If you need appliance repair in Trinidad, I do feel sorry for you - you are going to pay. I am satisfied with the performance of the appliance post repair.

Though we paid up front for much of the work, the only way we could get him back to our property was to offer other landscaping projects. He continually made promises to complete the work in a few days, which turned into week after week of him not showing up. At one point, we paid for a piece of rental equipment to ensure he could finish the work he promised to complete. He used those funds to purchase equipment, but then texted that he was "out of the game until further notice" and that we should "call someone else" to complete the work. We all reap the fruit of the seeds we sow. Jorge sowed a lot of lies, so in the end, we did not trust anything he said. We originally were a 5 star review with intent to give him much more work, we changed our review because we don't want others to fall for his lies.
