After walking on eggs to get them to install carpet for my non-profit in January, 5 months later the carpet is already buckling and wrinkling. Though I didn't buy the carpet from him he told me that it was really good quality. Now when I ask him to fix the install his wife tells me one thing and he gives me nothing but attitude. "Yeah, I'll get to it." Then when I remind him how much money we paid him and I have a right to be angry he tells me to go ahead and sue. Then "Fuck you Bitch! Now I'm not going to do it at all!" What a piece of work! And they call themselves JP because "Jesus Provides." I couldn't agree more but these people, in this instance are not showing Christian ethics or morality. Of course, this is just my opinion, but a picture is worth a thousand words.

Joe is pleasant enough and competent but this is one of the most mercenary businesses I have done business with. Just to make a diagnostic appointment, it is necessary to pre-pay $112.00. After payment is received then they will make an appointment for a service call. Then you discover they added $25.00 fee on to your pre-payment for using a credit card. After a 15 minute service call, we were advised parts would need to be ordered. Must wait while they research part availability and cost. Then we received a text messsge advising the amount of the parts, the shipping and the tax. Again, payment must be made prior to the order for the parts and you will find another $25.00 charge for using a credit card. We waited over 2 weeks until we were advised that the parts had arrived so then another service call appointment had to be made. After the parts were installed we were advised the parts had a one year warranty but the labor was warrantied for only 30 days. They NEVER answer their business phone. If you try to leave a message, you are advised their voice mailbox is full. We only communicated by text messages. This equated to us having a dysfunctional appliance for 3 1/2 weeks. Having the part numbers available, I researched the retail price of the parts. I learned, I could have ordered the parts myself for less than 1/2 of what I was charged. That means, Joe buys the parts at wholesale price, then doubles the retail price, adds his credit card use fee, plus shipping and then adds tax for Trinidad. Never mind I live outside the city limits and do not receive Trinidad services, yet I was charged Trinidad sales tax. Unfortunately I no longer have the dexterity or strength to do-it-myself. For future reference, should I need appliance services in the future, I will seek service from Raton New Mexico or Pueblo Colorado even though it will probably mean additional travel distance fees. If you need appliance repair in Trinidad, I do feel sorry for you - you are going to pay. I am satisfied with the performance of the appliance post repair.

Called for our semi-annual rooter service. Chris detected an abnormality in the line to our septic…read moretank. Using feedback from his rooter machine, he estimated the location of the problem. He dug down and discovered the line had broken and tree roots blocked the line. He replaced the section of the broken line and also discovered the terminal end had pulled away from the tank. So he made the line repair pipe extend into the tank and discovered more tree roots in the tank. Chris removed those roots as well. He sealed the line and added a new clean out access pipe for future use. Chris made arrangements for the tank to be pumped out and he supervised the process. Top notch & prompt service. The charge was reasonable and worth every penny. Without reservation, I recommend this company. In years to come, I know who to call but, I believe it will be years from now as he repaired everything right.
