When my HVAC company came by to install the new furnace and A/C, the installer informed me and showed me that the air ducts needed a cleaning. I called and talk to the owner of Trujillo and he stated he only had the ball to clean out the air ducts and didn't use brushes to loosen all the tacked on debris. I had written it off and began the process of trying to get new carpet. You could HEAR your feet sticking to the carpet as you walked. Customers complained. I complained. We tried other carpet cleaners and it would look *better-ish* for a couple of days and then you'd start hearing the carpet again. Carpet should not be heard. I'm just saying. I was struck immediately by a couple of things. The owner came out to do an estimate and he was on time. I've gotten used to vendors being late. I also received a text reminder that he was on his way, so I was able to organize my staff to not need me for a couple of minutes, which in itself was very helpful. He told me he could save the carpets, and I actually laughed. He saved the carpets. That happened. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I've never been so pleased with a service in my life...in twenty years of restaurant work I've never seen someone do such an amazing job, and take such pride in their work. You will not find a better carpet cleaner. He tells you upfront he's not the cheapest. I would say, he may not be the cheapest, but he's definitely the best value.
