Please read this and all other reviews about Tina Gulley, who is exceptionally rude, will avoid calling you back, and has no intention to assist whatsoever. We were told by Kyle Miller that he would speak with her regarding the excessive fees invoiced to us without breakdown of the charges or explanation. While I am sure all other jobs that go without a hitch are probably fine. The issue is when there is a problem (as you read in other reviews), Tina does not have the customer service skills to handle it like a professional. It saddens me that this business that doesn't have the ability to approach problems OBJECTIVELY to find a solution. Avoid this place like the plague, go with Flow Right Plumbing. I cannot overstate how amazing this company is…read more I am a manager for a chain restaurant that had literal YEARS of grease build up on the carpet. I was struck immediately by a couple of things. The owner came out to do an estimate and he was on time. I've gotten used to vendors being late. I also received a text reminder that he was on his way, so I was able to organize my staff to not need me for a couple of minutes, which in itself was very helpful. He told me he could save the carpets, and I actually laughed. He saved the carpets. That happened. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars.
