It did not leak "most of the time" through the summer, however after the snowmelts of the second winter following the initial roofing, it LEAKED again. Same old story: many phone calls later he showed up and "patched" it again. Guess What?? third winter, same story. Leaks. We tried a few calls to him AGAIN, and finally gave up. We now set out pans to catch the leaks, and have, for the last eight years. Sheesh, what an incompetent service. This summer, I guess that I am going to have to fix it myself. Called for our semi-annual rooter service. Chris detected an abnormality in the line to our septic…read moretank. Using feedback from his rooter machine, he estimated the location of the problem. He dug down and discovered the line had broken and tree roots blocked the line. He replaced the section of the broken line and also discovered the terminal end had pulled away from the tank. So he made the line repair pipe extend into the tank and discovered more tree roots in the tank. Chris removed those roots as well. He sealed the line and added a new clean out access pipe for future use. Chris made arrangements for the tank to be pumped out and he supervised the process. Top notch & prompt service. The charge was reasonable and worth every penny. Without reservation, I recommend this company. In years to come, I know who to call but, I believe it will be years from now as he repaired everything right.
