Sean another employee asked for my driver's license and shouted your license has expired, I corrected him that it will expire in 5 days and I had already renewed and waiting to receive it in the mail. I dealt with this supervisor in the past and he was always respectful because other employees were Caucasians, he knew to behave civilly but today his true color came out, he felt comfortable because there were two other black men like himself working there when I came that's why the treatment was different. I then had to wait for the cleaners to clean the vehicle the second time in two days. After the cleaning crew finished I inspected the vehicle again only to find the back of the vehicle was covered in dog hair, and there was trash behind the seats . at that point, it was just ridiculous and a waste of my time. We got on the road late and there was no need for them to not have been diligent in the cleaning of their vehicles.

One major problem... there was no vehicle for me and the staff blamed me for not calling to confirm... REALLY?!?!? There was a phone call to me, which I returned TWICE. One time I left a message confirming the vehicle and the other time the voicemail was full. The day after my calls, I received the second of two emails with confirmation numbers on them. I arrived as planned and NO VEHICLE. The staff was not only rude, but did nothing to apologize or try to get me another vehicle with someone else. They blamed me for not confirming the vehicle. I finally left after pleading my case for 15 minutes. I played the voicemail I received and showed them the two calls. I returned to them I can see they were getting aggravated with me once I told them it's all on tape. They were directed to stop talking by one of the workers behind the desk. In short, I was told that two email confirmations with confirmation numbers doesn't mean anything because it didn't come from a phone call. HELLO?!?!?! THIS IS 2025! Unbelievable. And yes, I waited two days to write this review so I could digest what actually happened. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Linda gave us directions on how to get there. Once there, she helped me rent a car, secure a temp EZ Pass and insurance, within record time, in order for me to get to work. On top of that, I left my Better Brella umbrella at the office. Linda called me and assured me that she would hold it for me (which she did, until my rental was over). I would definitely recommend them, and I would use them again if necessary. They were FANTASTIC!! Even the guys who checked my car out and in were nice. S/N: The car was cute and drove well.
