I used this parking service for the first time when flying out of LaGuardia this week. But from start to finish, everything went exactly as described on their website. I drove to the parking lot, and one of their drivers drove me to LaGuardia in my own car. After dropping me off, they parked my car for me. When I returned from my trip, they picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the lot, and my car was ready to go. The entire prepaid process was stress-free. and the price was significantly cheaper than parking at the airport. I was very impressed with how organized and efficient everything was. I would definitely use this service again and will be recommending it to all of my friends! read more

I had used this service previously as found on AirportParkingreservations.com Seemed a bit shady....and they're not immediately responsive with calls... makes you wonder if you're gonna have to scramble last minute near JFK Airport to find parking when your flight's in under 2 hours... Anyway, it finally happened. 5 am, dark and cold with a 7 am flight, no answer, no one at this parking area at an industrial, warehouse facility. I had pre-paid, 10 days, worked quickly on my phone and found an alternative, thankfully with TSA Precheck, and the shuttle driver dropped me first... I made my flight! Reached the company later that day at their headquarters, their Toronto location, they informed me that JFK operations have ceased, no heads up, they have my phone, my email...no notification. Now fighting for my refunds (I have future parking scheduled and prepaid with them as well) Partially refunded after several calls and emails. Now they're not responding.... Repeatedly Disrespectful Service from Driver I had two very disappointing experiences with the same driver, Sam, from the 7520 Astoria Blvd location. The first was on a Wednesday at 6 a.m.--he drove aggressively, had a bad attitude, and made me feel like I was a burden just for using the service. The second incident was on a Sunday at 7:30 a.m. after my return trip. I waited over 15 minutes, called the office twice, and when the driver finally arrived, he didn't even bother getting out of the car to help with my three suitcases. When I asked why, he dismissively said he had "just got a text to pick me up," and acted annoyed that I had called to follow up. His tone was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer care. Based on these experiences, I won't be using this company again and hope management takes a serious look at how this employee is representing their business. read more

At JFK, my husband's driver obviously could not drive. He was hunched over and looked awkward so he asked him for his driver's license. The driver did not have one - only a photo of one - which was odd, so he declined the service and opted to drive himself. He almost missed his flight. Customer service was no help. I was u able to talk to a supervisor, despite multiple attempts. And we are out over $100. read more

We called our own uber to take us because the time was now close. Upon arrival, they never answered the phone so again we got our own uber. The coordinator asked the same information multiple times and directed me to a location for pick up that was different from where the driver actually arrived. If I could give negative stars I would. The worst place to book your car! You will wait a long time for someone to pick up your phone and once you arrive at the airport you must call them to pick you up in your own car. They will also take up to 1 hour to pick you up from the airport. My car never had any warning messages and now I have a battery malfunction warning message. Clearly they did something to my car. I'm not sure that I've ever experienced a more infuriating and unprofessional experience with a business in my life. They don't tell you is that this isn't a legitimate business. It's just some shady dude standing in the middle of an abandoned parking lot at 4:30 in the morning and he wants to get in your car with your wife and kids Use your car to drive you to the airport. Putting aside that the link they provided in the email went to the wrong address. Once I did find the place there was no way in hell. I was letting this guy get in the car with my family. Being on the verge of missing my flight, I left the parking lot and went to park at the terminal, which is going to cost me $80 a day. read more

In theory this is a great idea; but they seem like they have kinks to work out. Following other reviewers I understood navigating the first interaction from the Bulova building was going to take some extra time. The staff person on my drop off was polite and curious. However I waited about 18 minutes for the ride to the airport while the driver made another drop off before returning for me/my car. In total, after arriving at the Bulova building it took about 30 minutes total to locate the service, review my reservation, wait to the driver to become available, and then ultimately to get a departure drop off at LGA. The pick up procedure was a disaster and took 50 minutes total (not including the 30-minute "heads up" period provided upon landing). I had to call 4 times to sort out the pick up location (I arrived at Terminal B and they repeatedly and mistakenly had the driver at terminal A). It took 40 minutes from the time I called (having arrived outside at passenger pick up with my bags) plus another 10 minutes to return the driver to the Bulova building. Do not rely on this service if you're in a hurry. read more

BE CAREFUL---- THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I can't stress enough how much you will be outraged and hurt if you use Park For U at JFK airport. I got to this service through SpotHero, and learned a PAINFUL lesson. At the airport drop off, I waited over 30 minutes for a driver. It turned out that the driver was nearby and available, but the dispatch woman didn't let him know that I was waiting. This dispatch took its time before picking up the phone. She was rude, difficult to understand, and yelled at me that I needed to be patient. And that's nothing compared to the airport pickup after my return flight. I waited 1.5 hours for the driver to pick me up!!! In the meantime, the people I spoke with on the phone kept me on hold for a long time, and when we finally spoke, told me different lies (for example, that the driver couldn't find me; or that the driver was on his way; or that I arrived on the wrong day). In short, they couldn't find my car. Instead of picking me up with my own car as promised, they eventually picked me up with a different car. After a nightmarish experience, we finally found our car at a lot outside the airport. There was no one around. The car key was left on the car's hood. Yes, anyone could have picked up the keys and drive away with our car. Do yourself a favor, and never use Park For U! They are LIARS AND SCAMMERS! read more

Great experience using Park 4 U at LGA. Made traveling with baby/carseat so much easier. Worth the cost to cut out the shuttle process of most other lots and next time I think we'll also upgrade to direct pickup/drop-off at airport. The Bulova entrance was hard to find as most gates are closed on weekends. We had to call for better directions. That being said the valet met us in minutes to take us to LGA. On way back, he was also there very quickly after we called and helped with our bags as well. It was very comfortable and convenient to be in our own car. Valet was pleasant and a good driver. I hope to see this company and service expand to JFK and will be recommending them to friends and family. read more

As others have said, it's a little sketchy, definitely some kinks to work out. The concept is great and I thought it was the perfect option for my family's vacation where we were flying out of JFK. But the parking lot where you meet the driver is hard to find and doesn't show any sign of this business. They do answer the phone when you call but usually after many rings, which does not instill comfort or confidence. On our return, we had to wait a full hour to get picked up even though they are only a mile from the airport. The drivers were fine, no issues. But not sure I would do it again and would probably not recommend it to anyone I know. read more

The guy took 50 minutes to meet us during an hour with minimal traffic. I am pretty sure I saw him dropping 2 other people off at the terminal with our car. The worst experience ever. After being away from home for 2 weeks and sitting through an 18 hour flight we arrived back at JFK and called for pick up with our car as instructed. Firstly, I never was connected with someone in the JFK office. I kept being connected with someone in Toronto. My husband eventually got in touch with someone from JFK nearly 45 minutes after our initial call. After waiting around outside Terminal 4 with no word from the driver we called again and were told the driver was on the way with our car and would call shortly. The driver did call and he was standing next to us outside of the Terminal with my car keys but no car as he had apparently been kicked out of another customers car and had no way of getting back to the lot. What he did to get kicked out of the other customer's car, I have no idea, but it was not our problem. He suggested we take an Uber. In order for us to get an Uber form Terminal 4 we would've had to drag all of our bags and take a shuttle to a pick up point which was the entire reason we opted for valet service in the first place. I collected my keys from the abandoned driver and began looking for another ride back to the lot. We had already been waiting for an hour at this point so we decided to pay one of the yellow taxis $30 to drive us the 7 minutes so I could retrieve the car myself. Extremely unprofessional. We were not provided with the service we paid for and then got locked behind the gate trying to leave. Do not use this company unless you want a headache after your vacation. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Flew out of JFK and used this company to park my car. They take you to the terminal in your car and pick you up in your car. Sounds great- until your car gets hit. The valet was driving my car when a taxi hit the mirror. The agent never exchanged info with the cab driver. The manager said that I need to go through my insurance. No! They should be going through their insurance and get reimbursed by the taxi co. Then they said it's not their fault because the car wasn't moving. That is not true. Now they're not even responding to me. They think they cam hide because they're based in Toronto. Use another service and protect yourself. ​ read more

Waited about 20 minutes upon arrival to leave for the airport, but was not given instructions and did not recieve an email about where to go. On the way back, after calling when I landed and again as I approached the door, I waited almost an hour for my car. Stay away at all costs. Booked a parking spot with Park for u at JFK in advance. When I got there at 3 am, someone picked up and said "Hello" and nothing else. When I told them I was there to park my car, they told me the lot was full and weren't accepting anyone else. I informed them I had already paid $190 for three nights and he said that I needed to call the main number and ask for a refund. I scrambled to find a backup parking area, called the main number only for them to tell me that I needed to provide proof of my new reservation before they'd reimburse me. If that wasn't ridiculous enough, I sent them my new parking reservation and they said that they would reimburse me in the form of credits. I said absolutely not and that I needed full reimbursement as I would never use any of their parking lots ever again. After some back and forth, almost missing a flight, I was reimbursed. Will never ever use them again and neither should you!!! How can I give them a negative star review?!? read more

THEY USED MY VEHICLE UNAUTHORIZED at the TORONTO location for 14 miles and broke the windshield! We provided before and after pictures as requested and they won't cover, the manager Ravi has not even gotten back to me! I read many other reviews about broken and stolen vehicles !! Dropped me at the airport in my vehicle, kept it parked in the location behind the corporate offices, picked me up promptly when I called upon return. Friendly drivers, handled traffic perfectly. This could be a potentially good service, but as is , I would never do it again. First we had to wait 20 minutes for some guy to pull up in an unmarked car with no uniform on, in from of the BULOVA corporate entrance,. Then on the way home we had to wait over 30 minutes with virtually no communication. And then I called several times and they stopped answering the phones. This was my first time using a valet service and it was nice to have the driver take me straight to the airport and pick me up in my car when I arrived.. but there could be improvement for sure. I had a hard time finding the lot to pick up the driver, there was barely any signage pointing the way and the lot is huge with multiple entrances - I would recommend better instructions and more signs to point people to the driver pickup location. My first driver ended up having to call for another driver since my car was a manual transmission and then the second driver did not drive the car with great control and I was on edge the entire time worried we would stall or get in an accident. Please train your drivers in manual transmissions and send your most experienced drivers for those cars! Otherwise, it was a great valet service. read more
