I used this parking lot as my cuz went to texas for a month and left me instructions to park it at Bolt parking lot for a month , no questions ask and that's ok with me cause all I had to do is drop off , pay , filled out a short form and I don't have to worry about parking cause the part of Astoria we live at is terrible for street parking and I personally have only 3 parking spots and they are all unavailable..Rates are reasonable, good staff and security is 24/7. A short notice from cuz was not a problem with bolt parking lot in the area . 4. Stars on my yelp meter. read more

This lot is affiliated with Laguardia airport, and I enjoyed my experience. It's hard to trust any parking lots when traveling, but Bolt has proved me their worth. I will try to use them next time, but just like any lots they tend to get packed up pretty quickly. You have to book in advance, wayyy in advance. read more

Please do yourself a favor a DO NOT park here. #1 when he arrived there was so much confusion between the employees trying to park cars. They seem to have no system whatsoever. #2. When we arrived the shuttle took 40 minutes to get to us (picture attached). They only seem to have 1 shuttle so you have to wait until it is finished doing over drop offs. #3. We made reservations through Airportlax.com (will also get terrible review) I have proof of what I was suppose to pay but Bolt parking lot charged me over $50 more saying that is not their rate. Airportlax has not refunded my money either. Never ever had these kind of problems with other parking lots. Never booking this place again or through that website. read more

Used it a couple of times now, to fly out from LGA and leave my car for a few days. It is convenient and not too expensive. You drop off your car, they drop you off at your terminal. I picked this lot because it had the best reviews and it said shuttle was on demand. It was the most expensive one, but wanted to leave my car somewhere reliable. I got there and my email said an attendant would help me, but there was no attendant so I had to leave my car and go inside. I requested the "on demand" shuttle but was told there's a long wait and I wouldn't be able to get on the shuttle for another hour when I had a flight to catch. Instead I had to call a $25 Uber to go 1 mile on top of expense of this parking lot. The way back I was able to get the shuttle, but the driver was not safe, we were bumping around and I heard bags flying around in the back. The best part, they have a sign inside that says $5 off for giving a 5 star review. No wonder this place had good reviews. A true scam, I would not use this lot again. read more

An ok-ish parking lot... they will charge you an additional fee if you have a SUV, van or pickup truck so beware. Shuttle service can be sporadic or immediate depending on the times and days of the week. VERY well lit at night which is a great feature! read more

Great way to have your car or suv parked while you go away on vacation. The parking lot is located about 1 mile from LGA and they provide a shuttle to and from the airport. Very fast via text messaging to request the shuttle when arriving. Friendly staff. They always have available space not like other locations. Best part of this is that they also provide the same service at their other location near JFK. Shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes. Ps: make sure to book your reservation thru boltparking.com because when you book thru a third party they don't give you the correct prices. Also you pay when you return from your trip. read more

We use BOLT at Laguardia and Kennedy Airports whenever we are on extended vacation. Both locations are convenient to the respective airports. The lots are bright and well manned. The shuttle service to and from is very repainsive. We would highly recommend BOLT. Enjoy! read more

Beware. I used this service twice. It was great. I booked and received a confirmation email for a trip on 2/15 from LAG. I showed up and everything was closed and the sign was gone. I had to park long term, terminal B airport parking in order to make my plane. When you googled it, there was an alert that it was temporarily closed. No text, no email, no alert. Bolt was a great experience. When we arrived they had a van boarding to the airport. The young man who assisted me in checking in had the van wait as check in was quick. We were dropped off right in front of our terminal. Coming back home soon as we landed I used the text message that was sent me to request pickup at 12:30am e we waited approximately 15 mins for the van. Only 2 parties in the van. When we arrived back to the parking lot the attendant took my payment and the other persons payment at the same time on two different payment terminals to get us on our way quickly. I have now used Bolt twice for parking and have had no issues. We like it! It's convenient and an easy process! We just show up and check in and hop on the bus to go to the airport. Easy service. Reading the reviews before me I'm so thankful to have had a great experience at bolt parking. I booked through way.com and got a pretty reasonable deal compared to other nearby lots at LGA. Driving there was easy & there's a sign on the gate stating you're at the lot. Once there, the check-in was quick (they scanned my online ticket, asked a few questions & I was good to go). The shuttle was there when I got out the office which was perfect and we left within 5 min. Driver asked which terminal we were going to & made stops at each ( also picked up a few passengers at those terminals). Overall took maybe 15-20 min to get to my terminal from leaving the parking lot. Coming back I requested the shuttle through the link they sent (right before i was outside) & received a call from a lady shortly after stating the shuttle was outside and would wait for me. They pick you up the same spot they drop you (follow signs at the airport for shuttles). When I got back I paid my fees (same as stated on way.com) and I was good to go! read more

It is a solid place to park with reasonable rates. BUT plan time to get to airport. Depending how many people are ahead of you, may take a little time and the ride to the airport is a little longer than expected but still a good value, just make sure you plan ahead and arrive early. read more

Long story short, I usually don't use LGA but ultimately decided to for my recent trip. I searched parking spots in the area and found Bolt. To say the customer service at this facility is horrible, would probably be a compliment. Rude, condescending, and unhelpful would be some of the words to describe them. Called for shuttle, waited 25 minutes because I just missed the last one but they were supposedly sending another one out right at that moment (obviously not true). When the shuttle did finally arrive, driver ignored me and decided to get a cigarette with a driver for another shuttle as I stood in the open door of the van. When he finally did acknowledge me and ask how I was doing, I explained not great given the time I was waiting and my family (2-yr old twins and wife with multiple strollers and several checked bags after a long flight) was waiting for me. This is the absolute worst parking garage that I have used near LGA. I had to use it because the other nearby long term parking options were fully booked. It looked promising online but the shuttle service was terrible. Waited 30 minutes for their shuttle to take me to the airport and then waited over 45 minutes for them to pick me up. The service here was terrible. We got back from a long, exhausting day of travel to find that my car was dead. One attendant was like "yeah that car won't start" and shrugged his shoulders. The other attendant tried to be helpful but when a shuttle arrived he left me and my dead car to go talk to new customers. He sent over an older man who was very nice but had a hard time speaking to us. He brought over a portable battery jumper but the man had no idea how to use it and relied on me to figure it out. We successfully jumped the car but noticed that someone had left the dome light on in the car and this is what caused the battery to die. I understand that things happen, but it's not fun to travel all day and then have to deal with this. These guys were unapologetic and seemed to care less about their unproffesional service. You are not leaving your car in good hands here. I would recommend any other option. Next time we will just pay a little more and get an Uber or airport shuttle. read more

We have been waiting 50 min for pick up back to our car. It turns out that the dispatch person and the driver don't agree on where the pick up spot is. Then they yelled at us and sped off. In the end it took us an hour to get our car. At the end of a long trip this is the last thing you need . Horrible. read more

I would NOT recommend this parking lot. Unprofessional and disorganize. Had us waiting in the ran for 30 minutes and when their shuttle finally arrived, it didn't have enough space for our group (they were already aware we were a group of 6) so we then had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the next shuttle. Don't park here if you want your car returned without damage! I am not the only one who had their car damaged by Bolt Parking. Please see multiple reviews. After leaving the lot and stopping for fuel I noticed a ding with paint damage. I immediately called the lot and was told to send an email to Office@boltparking. This was done and we went back and forth with emails. Finally they refused to cover the damage they caused as it wasn't reported immediately. read more
