The parking attendant did ask me for my card though to open the door, even though he has his own. On the return, a different parking attendant ( older black male, in his late 40's) was very nice to me and my driving guests as to make sure I had everything out of the car. He made sure the door was locked after I had dropped it off and I showed him that there was no new damage to the car, only the pre-exsisting damage to the rear bumper. All in all, pleasant experience.

I drove to the parking lot, and one of their drivers drove me to LaGuardia in my own car. After dropping me off, they parked my car for me. The entire prepaid process was stress-free. and the price was significantly cheaper than parking at the airport. I was very impressed with how organized and efficient everything was. I would definitely use this service again and will be recommending it to all of my friends!

This fee is unfair and the garage should not be charging any additional fees for no reason. At the end of the concert there was only one individual working to retrieve the entire lot of cars. In fact, I didn't want to use it in the first place but my travel companion insisted that we put our car somewhere safe - because she didn't trust the streets of Flushing and all the tow trucks that were hovering around. I assured her it was fine but eventually gave in and used this awful deck. So there were actually no spaces inside (a common problem). Once we finally got one (after about 25 mins of waiting), I found a guy getting ready to write me a ticket while I was paying. Don't worry. He will think twice about such behaviour in future. There is no sense of customer service and the pricing is double what it was the first time I used it. At least it exists, hence it doesn't get 1 star.

My AirTag showed that my keys were still at the parking facility, but their phone number does not work, so I had no way to reach anyone. I finally had to ask someone who works nearby to physically go over there and find out what was happening. They then told him they had lost my keys. Losing a customer's car key is bad enough. Having no working phone number for customers to reach you when something goes wrong makes this completely unacceptable. I would absolutely not trust this facility with my car again.
