Don't waste your time. Ordered delivery on 6/16/25. I ordered 2 egg rolls and Empress chicken, which I have had many times at other restaurants. The egg rolls were over cooked and greasy. The chicken did not much flavor, it tased like oil and soy sauce, it was not tasty and was dry. There was not even any sauce in the bottom of the container. Ordered lo mein, it was dry, had no vegetables with it and just tasted like oil and soy sauce. Again not tasty at all. The straw that broke the camel's back was I asked twice for sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls, utensils and napkins (as I was staying in a hotel). I received none of these items. I can't say this is the worst in town, as there is one other that holds that title here in St. Joe. Still, the food was gross. We paid for it, so we did bring it home to feed to the dog. There were no plates or silverware, and the only drinks (including water) was in a bottle for purchase, as well as placing your order at the counter. We went there last Saturday. We called ahead and asked if there was done in and we're told yes. We get there and you either have to download the menu or they hand you a paper menu at the door before you sit down. Then they tell you to sit wherever. When our food came it was in a to go bag in styrofoam boxes and our drinks were canned pop. We paid 34.00 to have our food put on our table in a to go bag. The food was good but I feel if you're going to offer eat in you at least get your dinner on serving dishes with silverware not on a bag with plastic utensils. Delivery person was good, and they've seemed friendly the several times I've gone in. Food oily but OK. Even so, I usually drive far out of my way to buy elsewhere because Twin Dragon is so stingy about sauce. My favorite is Moo Shu Pork, with the pancakes and plum sauce. They only fill up the small sauce containers about a third of the way and charge $1 each for extras that are also not even half full, ever. When I got two orders of Moo Shu Pork and asked for extra sauce, they said they'd be happy to give me extra but still only gave me one per order, then made a huge deal about one extra total for the two orders. I've had it. They'd get much more of my money if they weren't so consistently weird about a little extra sauce. read more

I ordered $96 worth of a variety of take-out food from T.D. yesterday. Simply put, their food is not bad -- it is HORRIBLE! Regardless of the item (egg rolls to mushroom beef, fried rice to lo mein) everything was extremely oily, lacked flavor, beef unchewable, and actually looked and tasted dirty. I have eaten Chinese food from San Francisco to Beijing, China and from Lake of the Ozarks to New York City. NEVER have I seen or eaten something as disgusting as what was sold to me yesterday by Twin Dragon. I also strongly suggest that a St. Joseph, MO health inspector conduct an inspection of this facility. I'm sure that very soon after the inspection, we will see a CLOSED sign on the door. We ordered online and drove to the restaurant to pick up our food. With COVID-19 running rampant, they ask you to call when you arrive and they will deliver your food to your car. We selected to pay when we pick up the food, and that process worked smoothly. They came out to get the card to pay and brought it back with the slip to sign. We ordered curry chicken, shrimp egg foo young, crab rangoon, spring rolls, cho cho chicken (chicken on a stick, a perennial favorite in our family) and a large order of fried rice (we ordered white rice with our entrees). The food was hot, and everything was delicious. The crab rangoon were especially tasty. You can customize you order with the online ordering system and my son, who has ordered the chicken curry, said he should have gotten his spicier, but he liked it anyway. We are looking forward to ordering from them again soon to sample more of their menu items. read more

I had the same experience as another diner. I was there at 1:30pm and there was not very much in the buffet. When I was leaving, I told the cashier that I would most likely not be coming back because there was little food in the buffet. She told me that peak hours there is a lot of food and the cook is not going to make food later in the day because it would just go to waste. My suggestion; close the buffet when it is not peak business. I was also told that I could have requested the cook make something. Isn't the whole point of a buffet is that there is food available to be put on your plate and eaten without having to order it? Worst chinese buffet (or even buffet period) I have EVER been to. Says they are open tonight until 9:30, well we were treated like dirt because we came in at 745 and they clearly wanted to leave. Our server even said "UGH SOMEONE JUST SHOOT ME ALREADY AND PUT ME OUT OF MY MISERY" as she cleaned a table next to us. Then she left, so we got no other form of service. Then another customer came in and they told him he couldn't eat, and it was not even 8 yet. The food that wasnt already gone from the buffet was so old and dried out, you had to scrap it off the pan.
