The best thing I had was my glass of water. The food was cold, the meat was chewy and tough and everything I tried was bland and flavorless. The staff was rude and so unfriendly, I asked for a refill on my water and she didn't like that by the look on her face. I noticed they wanted people to sit at tables and when they ask for a booth it irritated them, they didn't like that. The food offerings were not inline with their prices. It has a large selection for the price,but the food quality has gone down hill over the past few years. There are two Chinese buffets in town, the other is Twin Dragon. Their food is always fresh, but the selection is limited and also has a better price. At Twin Dragon, two people can eat for $20 including drinks. The worst part of the experience is my drink cup smelled like fish. I had my wife smell it and she agreed. When asking the manager she told me it was ok. So to verify with another person I asked a random customer who was leaving at the same time as me to smell the cup and they said it smelled like fish. I went in this afternoon and ordered to go at the counter since they wouldn't take over the phone, fair enough, but now I see why they wouldn't give me a cash receipt and were reluctant to give me a menu. Went online since it seemed like 47.55 seemed like it wasn't inline with their menu prices; 32.23 would've been the pre-tax subtotal had I sat in the restaurant to eat, 44.38 is what the total with tax would've been had I ordered online which I couldn't do since I was driving. I was charged tax on top of tax or they helped themselves to a gratuity. Either way, the IRS will be notified bc I'm sure they aren't paying them double tax on all their orders they've been double taxing their customers. . read more

Anywhere with a Mongolian BBQ is going to win in my opinion. My kids can make it they way they like it. They have 6 buffet bays of food plus a sushi bay and dessert bay. It's typical buffet food with some American items mixed in for kids. Kids are prorated based on age. read more

Best Chinese place in Saint Joseph. We don't have many options but in my opinion it's the best choice. The Mongolian grill is a nice touch.

The food itself would be pretty good if heated properly and the food is not covered which causes most of it to be dried out out even when they first add it to the buffet. Food was not great and WAY overpriced. 2 adults and 6 kids most of which were 4-9 so had maybe 1 full plate each and our bill came to $95. I wish I had read the reviews written on here previously - because they are spot on. The food was mediocre and some of it tasted like leftovers. The fried food was soggy and soft. This place wasn't the cleanest - I'd be afraid to see their kitchen. I was there with two children - a nine year old and a five year old - and they charged the adult price for my nine year old. Not a bad Chinese buffet for the price. The staff is nice and attentive. They have nice variety of foods including; rice, chicken, noodles, wings, potatoes, salmon, shrimp, deserts, and salad bar. Knowing that it takes hours for food poisoning to develop I look very suspiciously on reviews that claim immediate distress after eating at this restaurant. It was recommended by people at church who praised the food that they had enjoyed there. I have only been there twice but recommend highly. I plan on eating there again today (Sunday) and enjoy taking out several pounds to enjoy over several days. I do refrigerate when I get home to keep it fresh can't believe the reviews given here as none of the points made were valid and applied to the place I enjoyed so much certainly recommend giving it a try. This place used to be pretty good. The last several times we've come the food hasn't been very fresh. It used to be decent in the cleanliness department but now it's filthy. The bathrooms are gross, the frame of the chairs either have dried food on them or they are sticky. It's got a variety of foods that are the right temperature and will fill you up. Their fresh grill is always a favorite of mine; I like being able to choose what I want to eat and having someone prepare it in front of me.
