You meet the best, friendliest and most helpful; or you meet the worst, and often, people are taken advantage of when they are in need. Our truck needed transmission work--which of course came at the worse possible time for us. OnSite had to drop and open the transmission just for the diagnosis. The total time down for diagnosis and repair was about 6 days. We were worried this would've been the end of our small company and we wouldn't be able to afford such an extensive repair. Completely understanding of our situation and not taking advantage of our vulnerability, OnSite got us back up and running and DID NOT overcharge and were MORE THAN FAIR. We can honestly say we are still in business because of their kindness and fairness. OnSite Fleet Services of Florida got us back on the road and allowed us to get back from FL to Cali!
