Reserving and paying for the lift was easy online and I received a friendly follow-up call from Craig confirming the reservation shortly after. Delivery day of was on time as scheduled by personable Andy and away we went about our project with a clean, recent model diesel 34' Genie Lift. The lift periodically struggled to swing left/right at times so I called the shop and they had both Andy and Curt out to check on its operation on consecutive days. Rather doubtful I could've gotten such quick, personable attention from any of the larger chains. I've worked in commercial/industrial building construction for 35+ years and getting an equipment mechanic on site to service their leased equipment/machinery is often a hit or miss ordeal.
