Her first in person encounter was with Samira and Brian was during Thanksgiving week. She went to their office around closing time without an appointment. Samira and Brian stayed late to get the information regarding her policies so that she could transfer agencies. After the new year my she wrote to Samira during the time that Samira was out of the office. My mom couldn't believe that Samira responded to the email by 10 am the morning she returned to the office!!
