I specifically asked for certain coverages that cover vandalism and theft and it was never added to my policy. Low and behold the vehicle is burglarized, broken window and tagged with graffiti all over. When I go to make a claim they tell me that I'm not covered. I contact this office to clarify why the adjuster is telling me I don't have the coverages I had requested. They tell me I never asked for them. If you're considering this agent to handle your insurance, I would strongly suggest you find a different agent.
