It is located inside the Speedy Zapatos Mexican restaurant at the front counter. This place will pile on the shaved ice and liberally drench it with the flavored syrups and cream toppings. I wanted to eat it there but since we went 15 min before closing, we were told it's to-go only. We weren't told that it was an extra $1.50 to get it to-go and I don't think it's fair to charge that if I didn't have an option, but I paid it. It also took about 30 mins to get our bowl but that was expected with the tables ahead of us. Each ingredient worked well together and provided both a refreshing and perfectly sweetened dessert. We ordered it to go and were provided an insulated bag ($1) that kept the bingsu nice and cold, with no melting after a 19 minute drive home.
