Hired TW for a standard residential EV Charger installation where I was initially quoted $185 for an inspection fee and $1500 for installation including parts and labor where I provided the charger. Poor problem solver with a bad temper. Tyler was not willing to work with me to get the tools and parts, he told me, I needed to do the job. Tyler told me I needed a lot of expensive equipment to fix the problem. His temper rose quickly, and I asked him to leave my house. I later YouTubed the scenario and was able to fix the problem myself, in under an hour, with only a few simple tools I already had, and a new purchased light.
