I had a drain valve located under the house that when I had to shut the water off and relieve all the pressure from the lines, water soaked the entire basement. I came home to find I had no hot water. Mike came over the next day and figured out it was the water heater valve that turns on and off the gas. I was relieved that I didn't need a new water heater.
