I had a drain valve located under the house that when I had to shut the water off and relieve all the pressure from the lines, water soaked the entire basement. I called Mighty Mike Plumbing and was scheduled a few days there after. Moises Navarro came to the house for repair, he was very professional, answered all my questions and was just a very nice person, someone who was a pleasure to deal with. He replaced the faulty drain valve, installed a sleeve over the valve to prevent spraying of water when draining the house water lines. I've called and texted him many times with initially a "hey I'll let you know when the part comes in" to now zero response. I came home to find I had no hot water. Mike came over the next day and figured out it was the water heater valve that turns on and off the gas. I was relieved that I didn't need a new water heater.
